My sister treated me to Perfection Nails and it is a hidden gem. Mai is super sweet and I am very happy with the service there from getting my eyebrows wax , shellac manicure and pedicure. So far the workers there are very friendly and respectful. I was always treated kindly by each of them. I have been to a lot of different nail shops. But I am glad that my sister introduced me to Mei because she knows how to wax my eyebrows and do my manicure and pedicure how I like it. Thank you for providing such excellent customer service. And that’s why I keep on coming back to Mei.

I got a rebase here, and I wouldn't recommend it at all. This was a few days before Super Bowl, and within days, my nails broke and chipped off. Horrible experience ! Find somewhere else to go because perfection is definitely not it. 0 🌟!

Haven't been here in over 3yrs but I needed a mani pedi. I was told it would be $49. Kim was great in really goin in on my toes because I'm not that type that be at a nail shop every 3 weeks I'm that one that goes once a year lol. I ended up telling her forget the foot and leg massage but to go ahead and just get to the polishing (with a smile and she was like "Oh Thank you!" lol) I completely forgot to get my nails cleaned because I was in a hurry that I didn't even give her a chance to put on them cheap slippers (not that it'll fit but hey it's free) She was trying to tell me be careful because my nail polish is not dry with the flower design that she had did on both of my big toes but I told her "Don't worry I'll be careful" I gave her $54, grabbed my shoes and walked out barefooted (I figure that will keep my nail polish from getting messed up)

Overall, I like the place, its clean but I feel with the language barrier it's kind of hard because some of the nail techs be rushing when they see more customers come in and that is the only thing that is not cool. I feel we are paying for it so please take care of us and we will keep coming back.

I had came here about 2 years ago and got beautiful acrylics but I recently got a set of acrylics about 4 months ago and they were horrible. I asked for gel polish and I got it but she didn't allow for them to cure enough between layers so there were air bubbles on about 5 of my nails. I also asked for crystals on my nails which I thought were high quality but instead when she put the top coat on the shine was gone and it looked like a blob of like acrylic or something and not shiny anymore. I will not be going here again.

i had went to go get my nails done. i got acrylics and they were incredibly nice but a little to long. i knew they wouldn’t last a long time because when she did my nails she did t even but the acrylic bead to the end of the nail to make it strong. it was $35 and i was incredibly infuriated because the next day i opened the door to my house and my nail had broken. but not just one. TWO broke and it wasn’t even 24 hours with them on. i went to go get them fixed at serramonte and they gave me way better service. they made it thick and nice. recently about a day ago another nail broke. DO NOT COME HERE. TOTAL RIP OFF.

Ladies, don't spend all your money and stay without your Starbuck's drink! Come to Perfection Nails in South San Francisco where prices are manageable and service is outstanding! You can have your nails beautifully done and still have left for that iced Green Tea Latte! I know there are many nails salons to choose from. But for my first ever Manicure & Pedicure, I sure chose the right one! They left my hands and feet looking like Barbie's! I was very pleased with the work done, very throrough and professional. The ladies are very courteous and know what they're doing! I am very pleased and will definitely come back!! I only advice to make an appointment first. Though they do take walk-ins if time permits them but you may have to wait a while. I highly recomend Perfection Nails.

Perfection Nails is a hidden Gem. Usually is the two girls that are mainly working. Love my Pedi and Mani. Excellent price. My 1st time doing gel and love it.
