They kind of ignore you, especially the man upfront. He gives off the impression that youre not important to them as a customer. food is pretty good ,usually hot .

I knew the minute I sat down and looked at the menu that I had made a mistake by visiting.Im not a fan of anything pickled or carrots and my fajita salad seems to have had both.I have never experienced either in Mexican restaurant before and will not be returning

I deliver for Door Dash. I went in to pick up an order. I was there at the time I was to pick up the by. I was rudely told it would be 25 minutes. I tried to explain my pick up time was when I got there. We get the orders and have enough time to drive to the store at the pick up time. This woman has also been very rude in the past started yelling that if I didn't want to wait to get someone else to pick up the order. I left and called my support person who tried to call but they would not answer their phone. I am picking up an order for someone that I represent and that has already paid for their food. I want to deliver the food in a timely manner. If this restaurant doesn't want to do doordash orders they should just stop. It is not right for us to be treat like this and it is not fair to the customer that has to wait longer for their food.

I haven't eaten there so i cant comment on the food, but whoever picked up the phone when i called to check on our Door Dash order today...she had very bad phone etiquette...if any at all. She just seemed irritated that i even dialed their number. i wouldn't eat there based on that alone. I work for a corporate office that provides lunch to our offices across the US every Monday and Friday...so i spend a lot of $ on food and i am a first time customer with this location. I definitely wont spend any more money with this place for our office in this city.

The 3 stars is because of the service. I felt like I was annoying the server with my presence. The server could not get a simple drink order correct. Then he snatched, literally, the cup out of my friends hand for a to get her a refill. He rudely reached over our plates, which is extremely rude and unacceptable. The food; however, was great!

The chips and salsa was pretty standard. The al pastor taco was just cubed pork fried very little flavor certainly not al pastor. The chorizo taco was burnt. The nachos were so overloaded with beans there was almost no cheese and the steak was way overcooked and under seasoned. The only saving grace was the tamales and they weren't anything to write home about but the sauce on them was great. The chillies relleno was really good minus the almost unseasoned ground beef inside it.
