The prices on their menu aren't what they actually charge you. Everything on the menu is $5-10 cheaper than what's on the final receipt. Complain about it and you get a canned "menu prices are subject to change". Sorry dude, that's illegal. Made a complaint to the Attorney General. I'll let them handle from here.

Best margaritas in town. 1/2 margaritas Tuesday and Thursday. Tried margaritas around the area but not like Pepe’s. Had an al pastor burrito and a side of rice and beans. It was delicious. Owners are very nice. Always has great music playing.

Usually I don't reply to costumers but @ Lisa H put a review that I feel didn't reflect how things were. 1. You caught me in the middle of cleaning once I saw you standing I sat you down. 2. I explained what goes in the burrito and you just said to ADD Cheese and cilantro also I might add all burritos are not the same at everyplace. I kept up with the table when you requested more carrots and refills I gave you more and you didn't even finish the little bowl which I might add you are a wasteful person. To finish off your husband finished the burrito and you finished most of your meal. I also had a good 7 orders of enchiladas dinners the same way and you were the only one to complain.Last but not least me know when you can cook spanish beans from scratch before criticizing.

I’ve been here twice in the past month for lunch. The restaurant says that they open at 11am on their website, on maps, and the hours printed on their doors. Both times, I arrived at 11:45am and 12:10pm, and neither time were they open.

I’m currently sitting in the parking lot and there are two other employees parked in front just waiting. What horrible customer service!

If you don’t open until noon, that’s ok, but please don’t have different hours listed everywhere if you don’t plan on being there

Ugh not like back in the day Pepe's.
I always get the Beef Enchilada Suiza dinner.
BITDay- enchilada full of beef a nice rounded enchilada.
NOW -flat as a pancake.
BITday-A good size of refried beans.
NOW- A plop of refried beans thinned out, they certainly were not thick and took up a 1/3 of the plate.
BITday- fluffy tasty Spanish rice with chopped onion and tomatoes.
NOW - deep red rice no flavor.
BITday- use to get at least a 1/2 cup shredded lettuce with a slice of tomato, a tortilla chip with a spoonful of sour cream and guacamole and even an orange slice on the plate.
NOW- no little salad.
I asked if they had mexican carrots yes we do. We received a little bowl of jalepeno peppers with I'm not lying 4 pieces of carrots and they were no bigger than a dime. Requested more and got 6 dime sizes and a quarter size.
My husband ordered just a steak burrito. We have never ever had a burrito with green peppers
Asked for cheese and cilantro to be added.
Can't believe this place is still open.
It's an embarrassment to the franchise if there is a company headquarters anymore? Might be a hole in the wall office somewhere.
This is the first and last time ever going to this restaurant.
Server was no better...UGH Stay away from this hole in the wall.

Went in there with.high hopes of the famous Pepe's restaurant. Extremely poor customer service as soon as we walked in. Two young men just stood there, finally got seated in the dining room, which was extremely warm. Salsa came and let me tell you,it was disgusting. Pureed tomatoes with tons of onions,no cilantro. Proceeded to ask for a hotter salsa, that was vulgar. The chips were extremely salty.

Dinner was plain. Taco meat was under seasoned. Sope was mush.. very difficult to find out server.
Bill came, I received one total, handed my cc and was brought back with a ran cc receipt showing a different amount. In fine print, it states to pay with cash. This is illegal to demand cash. Very sad

When we got there there were 2 dirty plates at the table food taste bland I suggest when ordering a pitcher of margarita ask for less ice it reminds me of when I go to Dunkin ask for less ice save yourself the trouble

So the website says they are open, we came in this past Saturday at 3:30pm and they had all the doors locked. But unlock them for a couple of women that pulled up. I called today no answer. Am I missing something did they shut down?
