The staff is exceptional in their care of the guests. Every single person was genuinely kind and helpful. The building has a Great Gadspy feel. Just beautiful. The location is excellent!! So much to see and do within walking distance. I would highly recommend the Pendry Chicago.

Trendy Hotel, great lounges a quiet one & a busy nightlife bar, restaurant. ||Art Deco & Classic style. ||Large rooms with street views, amenities. ||Professional staff, door girl (Chris) is on point. She’s attentive & will check-in your bags while you wait for your rooms. ||So, tip her well! ||Front desk staff is top notch especially |Hannah S & guy Taylor who will assist you in all your needs. No Worries! ||The Ambiance at this Hotel is mature, professional & Fun. ||It is in an Iconic Industrial Historic building. ||it’s close to all restaurants, ferry’s, water taxi’s, tourist attractions, museums, Apple store off Canal. ||Nordstrom, Saks on the 5th, Coach, Uni-Glo, Macys & so much more. ||Ohh if you’re on medication that needs refrigeration, they’ll bring one up to your room. ||This Hotel is so accommodating, it’s like a home away from home bc staff is so sweet. ||I definitely, recommend, this Hotel.

Very nice staff and very clean hotel. Room was beautiful. Hannah at the front desk was very friendly and inviting. Dolapo was truly helpful as we were struggling with all our bags while leaving. 10 out of 10 for the entire experience. We will definitely stay here again.

This was our first time at the Pendry but we’ll definitely be back. We made our one night stay reservation through the Platinum Amex travel site and the amenities and upgrade possibilities came in handy. We really enjoyed our suite and spent more time in the hotel than original expected due to just how nice the facilities were. A welcomed escape from home!

My new favorite hotel! The location alone makes it perfect. Steps away from the River Walk (& Architectural Cruise), Millenium Park, near all of those great restaurants in River North and I can still easily walk to Michigan Avenue shopping! But close to the Loop and financial district too, for business travel. The icing on the cake was the staff: kind, friendly and responsive! The beautifully updated, historical building was fun to explore too. I'd put this hotel on your list when visiting Chicago.

Staying at Pendry in Chicago was a wonderful experience. All of the staff were extremely friendly, I enjoyed the aesthetics of the hotel, and the room was clean/cozy. Additionally, I can’t say enough about Muriel Tan, one of the front office agents. I was on a business trip and accidentally left my laptop power cord at home. She went out of her way to call multiple Staples in town to help me find where I could go to purchase one. I just don’t encounter that kind of service very often. I look forward to coming back and staying again!

The hospitality was amazing and all of the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Chris and Dolapo were extremely attentive during my arrival and departure. The room was spotless and comfortable. Couldn’t ask for better service. Looking forward to staying here again.

My family and I stayed at The Pendry Hotel over the new year. We had an amazing stay. Muriel was absolutely fantastic. She ensured our stay was memorable and took care of us throughout our entire stay. We had an amazing room with some of the best views in the city. The Pendry has a great location making a lot of places well within walking distance. Please give Muriel a promotion as she is a national treasure and the cornerstone of hotel hospitality. Thank you
