Hubby and I love coming here. Peg is so nice and a good cook. Always a wonderful breakfast and so much better than anywhere else we've been.
She is so helpful at suggesting activities but the best part of or stays is sitting on the deck next to the river.
It just doesn't get any better than this and rates we can afford.

Peg is a remarkable hostess who can make strangers feel at ease in minutes. She provides comfortable, private
quarters and yummy breakfasts with fresh fruit and delicious dishes that I don't make when I'm home. What a treat! After five days with Peg, we felt we were leaving a friend behind. Thanks, Peg, and God bless!

We had a wonderful time at Pelican Pegs! She is a very charming and caring person who makes great breakfasts and great coffee! She suggests adventures and helps with directions and makes u feel soo much at home! The room had a great beachy vibe and was clean, and the bed was comfortable, the view cant be beat, literally 50 feet from the Mississippi .

On the banks of the Mississippi, this little B&B is a great experience! Enjoyed waking up to seeing the sunrise over the Mississippi, Peg had breakfast for us made treats for us as we headed out the door. Nice lady with a nice place.

Well I must say watching the sunrise this morning was beautiful on the mighty Mississippi.. Peg is an amazing woman.. she could charge so much more for this.. right on the River.. highly recommend.. she does have Wi-Fi for you younger people..but honestly I don't think you'll need it... Pegs cooking is delicious with fresh baked blueberry muffins.. laundry service available if needed.. your own private back deck looking right out onto the river.. definitely coming back..😁🇺🇲❤️
