I've had countless massages in my life, and James gave a great massage that really worked on the tense muscles. A little over 3 weeks ago I made a post asking for a local recommendation of someone who offered massage therapy and cupping.

A trusted friend recommended James.

It was a Monday. I text him immediately and he said he could see me the same day.

I had tried everything. I have planter fasciitis and my foot hurt constantly. 3 rounds of steroid injections, oral steroids, and a lovely boot. They provided a little short term relief but nothing major or long lasting.

I was willing to try anything to prevent surgery.

I had my 30 minute appointment with James. It was uncomfortable but the relief was immediate.

The next morning my foot didn’t hurt when my feet hit the floor. My foot was sore from the deep tissue work, but yet felt so much better.

I traveled to North Carolina.
I walked in snow boots.
I was on my feet more than normal.

The results lasted. No, it didn’t cure me. But the improvement was unreal. It still bothers me at times, but nothing like before.

I went back today and it was still uncomfortable, but much improved from last time. I scheduled to go back in a month today.

I wish I had known  massage and cupping could provide so much relief, sooner.

I have shared with so many friends and family. I wish someone had told me.

So to anyone with Planter fasciitis, go try it! You can thank me later!
