This place is such a great spot to relax and heal. I’ve had good experiences every time I have a sauna session and have noticed my skin improving. The owner is so sweet and helpful. There is a small boutique area with clothes and self care products, along with various drinks. They have a selection of lotus drinks that are delicious and energizing. I recommend this place for sure!

I’ve been coming here for almost a year now. I love the environment and the staff. Everyone is so kind and informative. After my sauna session I usually do the “cold plunge”. This is a great add on and you should check it out. I usually end my session with a lotus energy. This is the perfect spot for a complete self care day.

I had a wonderful experience at this place! The sauna is so relaxing. Ann is great she does a fabulous job explaining the different options. Lots of different sauna options to help with different issues you may be having. Not to mention they even have delicious drinks to make!

This was a whole body experience that I’ve decided to do weekly! It’s incredibly relaxing. My joints, muscles, and mentality are still feeling the improvements days after the session. I can’t wait to see its effects over time, so I bought a membership. The entire place is clean and beautifully designed by the owner (Ann) who is very sweet and accommodating. 10/10 love!!

Peace, Love and Sweat is AMAZING! If you haven't been yet, you should! The atmosphere is calm, relaxing and beautiful to boot. The owner is super sweet and very knowledgeable. The saunas work fabulously, leaving you feel refreshed and detoxified. I will be visiting this place regularly. 🙂

Absolutely loved my first sweat! I did the amplify sauna and it was a dream! My skin and muscles felt so good afterwords. Also, I must say that the aesthetic of PL&S is very relaxing! Can’t wait to go back.

Besides the sauna being a 10, they sell beauty counter! I tried the vitamin c serum and it's better than my Estée. Crazy! Also got some awesome candles as well!! Definitely going back!!! Asap lol
