The Peabody House Historic Inn in Eureka Springs, Arkansas, is a gem! Our Victorian-style room was stunning, spotless, and exceeded expectations. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the hearty breakfast offered healthy choices. Perfectly located, it’s steps from downtown’s attractions. Note: lots of stairs to rooms and around town, so mobility challenges may be an issue. Hands-down, this is the B&B to choose for an unforgettable stay!

Great place for a girlfriend getaway. We booked the cottage behind the Inn and it was perfect. Very clean, comfortable, and quiet. It had all the comforts of home - hot tea and coffee, snacks, toiletries, bottled water. The continental breakfast was just right. Convenient to walking into town for shopping.

We loved our weekend getaway at the Peabody Cottage! My boyfriend and I visited for the Zombie Crawl, and this charming stay made our experience even more special. The property itself is surrounded by vibrant fall foliage (my favorite part of Eureka during this time of year), and has amazing small patio/porch spaces.

The Cottage is within walking distance to virtually anything you want to experience downtown (which is super convenient especially considering the sometimes difficult parking in Eureka). Inside, the living space feels warm and cozy. The extra snacks, coffee/tea nook, and extra supplies made us feel right at home. Upstairs in the bedroom, we appreciated the option to darken the room with curtains or let the natural light and views flood the space. The bed is comfortable, large and we slept incredible. The jacuzzi tub was the cherry on top. My boyfriend, a jacuzzi first-timer, was instantly hooked and insists we need one at home now—haha!

We can’t wait to return to Peabody Cottage for another memorable getaway. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

We had a FANTASTIC stay at the Peabody House in the Sapphire suite! We were staying here to attend a wedding at the crescent and I am SO glad we did! The room is beautiful, clean, and so cute. You can tell the owners put so much thought into every detail when decorating and furnishing the space. The rooms are spacious and include a king bed and separate sit ing room, which is a bonus! Bathroom also was very nice with separate toilet room and jacuzzi shower. Colton was beyond helpful! I had a ton of questions about the town and especially transportation and he quickly responded to every inquiry with the best advice. The room also had a book with all the recommended things to do and places to eat, which was a sweet touch. The location cannot be beat as it’s literally steps away from downtown historic shopping district and restaurants, but just far enough that it’s still peaceful and quiet. Parking is a challenge in downtown and the Peabody has reserved spots, which was also a game changer. Everything exceeded expectations and exceeded the photos and videos online! Highly recommend!!

I had never been to Eureka Springs before despite at one time only living an hour away. I wasn't sure where to stay so after a lot of searching I settled on Peabody House. What drew me to this location was the pictures on their websites (the birds eye view of the rooms was great) and being within walking distance of downtown. I was able to walk to restaurants and eat and be close to the downtown shopping without having to worry about parking. The owners are incredibly nice people and the self-check in procedure was very nice. I honestly don't have much experience at all with bed and breakfasts but if I came back to Eureka Springs I would stay here again. The view was incredible from my room, the jet tub was such a nice feature, and the owners had a manual of sorts for restaurants to eat at, places to visit and/or shop. I didn't have much planned for my time there so this was really nice because I was able to explore some local places and knew what restaurants to eat at before I headed out for the evening.

I cannot recommend the Peabody Inn enough to anyone staying in Eureka Springs. The room was beautiful, location was great, and the hosts were fantastic. I have a device that keeps track of my sleep patterns (whoop watch) and was provably getting the highest quality sleep all year in the few nights I stayed. The hosts (Coltan & Lilly) are the kindest people you will ever meet and will make sure you have a spectacular time! Bonus: there is a sweet and cuddly street cat that wanders around the inn.

We very much enjoyed our stay at The Peabody! We stayed in the Amethyst Suite, and were blown away by how well decorated and comfortable it was! The owners of the house, Coltan and Lily, were so hospitable and went out of their way to ensure that we were taken care of while we were there. They even made some great restaurant and entertainment suggestions to us! The Inn is located in an area of town with many great shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues nearby. We highly encourage anyone visiting Eureka Springs who may be looking for an all-around great and cozy place to stay, to consider staying here! We will be back!

BOOK IT!!||I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Peabody House! My husband and I stayed in the Cottage so it had a nice extra level of privacy but also on site to use the amenities (fireplace, rocking chairs, comfy porch furniture). It is a 2 min walk to downtown eureka which is really nice because parking can be difficult downtown. Excellent location on a beautiful mountainside mossy ledge. The bed and pillows were heavenly and the 2 seater bathtub was INCREDIBLE! It was basically like a hot tub with the jets on! The cottage was stocked with lots of little snacks and had everything we needed. I wouldn’t change a thing about our stay! ||The owners, Coltan and Lily, were somehow the best part! Not only were they informative and attentive but communicated fast and made us feel at home the entire time. Lily made fresh scones for breakfast and they even made us a hot breakfast of eggs, bacon and toast for a special occasion morning. As newbies to Eureka, they showed us around town and gave the best recommendations. They are hands down the best air bnb owners we’ve ever experienced. ||We will definitely be back to Eureka and will always stay at The Peabody House when we come! ||You won’t regret staying here! It is worth every penny! We can’t wait to go back 🙂
