I had THE WORST experience at a big box groomer. Then I brought my dog here and these ladies are absolutely WONDERFUL! No exaggeration. They are very knowledgeable, friendly with the animals, professional, and do a GREAT JOB grooming. Their scheduling policy and cost is explained in detailed to you BEFORE you schedule (no hidden fees). I love how they are willing to build a relationship and don’t want to overwhelm my dog to get her groomed. One highlight (besides her finished look) is the themed photo shoot at the end. I say try them out! My Cookie girl look and feel sooo good leaving them (her little strut is different lol). Keep up the great work ladies!

We are so thankful that we have Pawtastic. Our big giant boy Oscar was so scared and full of anxiety, but the Pawtastic team has been working with him since his first grooming. He has come such a long way, they all make sure he is comfortable and give him all the extra attention he needs. They always do an excellent job and we are so happy they love him as much as we do.

I can’t say enough great things about Pawtastic Spa & Resort! From the moment I walked in, I could tell that the staff genuinely cares about the pets they work with. They were welcoming, professional, and took the time to make sure Daisy felt comfortable.

The grooming services are top-notch! Daisy came out looking absolutely adorable, smelling fresh, and feeling soft. The attention to detail in the grooming process really sets them apart.

Pricing is very reasonable, and I appreciate their transparency just great service. Booking an appointment was super easy. They also have a great monthly subscription program. I am apart of.

I highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality pet grooming in a friendly and caring environment.

This is my first time taking my dog to the groomers. They’ve been taking care of Onyx since January 2024. At first Onyx was very reactive going; however now he loves going to get groomed. Alyssa and Jenna do such a wonderful job- I cannot express that enough.

I understand it can be hard to find a place where they truly care about your pets, but this place truly does. Thank you Pawtastic for taking great care of Onyx.

Due to bad past grooming experiences I was looking for a new groomer for my dog, Oreo. This was my first time taking my dog here and I must say that I was pleased with the end result. Oreo smelled soooo good with the scent of the month and his fur was extremely soft. They were very nice and pleasant and explained everything to me. I would definitely recommend this place to get your dogs groomed. I think we found our new groomer!!!!

We got our dog Willow about two weeks ago from the shelter and because of her being spayed we had to wait two weeks to even get her groomed. She was super dirty and her fur was super matted near her skin since she was never groomed before. So finally, today was her grooming appointment and we were super nervous about how she was going to act this being her first time there. They let us stay for the whole service to see how the process worked and I can’t speak highly enough about how Alyssa handled and took care of our dog. She was extremely patient and kind and she made her look like a whole new dog! I could not recommend this place enough and can’t wait to bring her back each month! I been taking my dog here for a few months and I have to say it's the best place by far. The ladies there are awesome. They are so sweet and been helping by dog with his skin issues. They know what they are talking about. The place is very clean and I highly recommend it. Magic always comes home looking more adorable

First time taking my baby King Charles, Milo, for his grooming and he came back looking absolutely adorable. He did have matting, and they did a wonderful job. I’ve personally dealt with Jenna but according to my mom who brought him in for me, all the girls were incredibly sweet and courteous. They called and kept us in the loop half way and explained what they did/why they were doing it and had EXCELLENT communication. They are experienced, and they care for all the pets. My dog has some health conditions and they were very careful with him. He came back happier! I could not be more happy with a grooming salon. Best experience I’ve ever received and I will definitely want to keep planning his appointments here. 😊
