The place is comfortable, the food is good, but the serving time is 55 minutes, due to some paninis, mentioning that they served faster to 2 tables that arrived much later than us. I felt discriminated against because they serve non-Hispanic people faster!

I don’t usually leave bad reviews and I’ve eaten here before and had a good experience. However, what happened today was far from acceptable. I sat down at 10:40 AM and ordered at around 10:50-10:55 AM. Yes, it took that long for the waitress to come see us. At 11:40 AM we asked where our food was (an omelette and steak and eggs) and the waitress said she was going to check on it. Mind you, she never checked on us or updated us the entire time before this. At 11:56 she came and told us she was going to have the manager come and give us an ETA on the food. At this point we just left. I won’t be back.

A waitress was actually talking down to me and being pretty rude while she was super nice to customers on the other tables. I really thought she was a racist because I had nothing against her. First time seeing her. I made the complaint to the manager asking the manager to better train her. I get a call from so called owner. The guy was the worst. Instead of apologizing and the guy asked me to stop coming. So I did.

I think the food wasn’t too impressive except for coffees. I don’t think they use real eggs.

But the worst part of the experience is the owner. He is even worse than the crazy waitress.

Plus, it is way too expensive when considering the quantity and the quality of their foods. Their potatoes didn't taste good at all. And they don't seem wanting to improve at all.

Stay Away from Patti’s!!!

I have stopped going as the owner is the worst I had ever experienced in my life and the waitress.

This is a very cute place! We ordered the two by two basic and the Eggs Benedict both dishes were very tasty. I also ordered a mimosa which did not disappoint and they have half price weekend mimosas! As for the coffee, I would pass next time, it was pretty weak. I forgot to take a picture of the Eggs Benedict!

Very friendly atmosphere. Our server seemed to know many of the patrons and chatted with them. Almost felt like we were observing a party. Food was good, service was good. And they gave us a $5 coupon with our receipt.

In the area on business. Stopped at this gem for breakfast. 2 eggs scrambled, breakfast potatoes, crispy bacon and English muffin. They start off with bringing a full pitcher of water for the table and I ordered coffee so I got my own carafe, both very impressive ideas. After ordering I was treated to a sample of the blueberry bagel and scallion cream cheese, so good! My breakfast was spot on. Cooked perfectly. No complaints here. Great service, atmosphere and good it’s a perfect trifecta!

Patti's is a clean, bright breakfast spot and the food and service used to be a lot better. Seems they may be under new ownership but we're not sure. We were in on a Saturday morning about 11:40, and the place was about half full. We were seated right away, but waited more than 5 minutes for the server to ask about drinks, and the coffee came 6, 7 minutes later with an apology that more had to be brewed. Then water came and the order was taken. Then we waited another 20, 25 minutes for eggs, bacon (both just barely warm), and waffles (hubby said those werent very flavorful and the strawberries on top weren't ripe. Someone kept delivering food to the wrong tables, and they've raised all of their prices fairly significantly. We won't be back.
