I made an online reservation at The Patio on December 31, 2024. The total cost of the room was $151, including taxes, with an additional $20 deposit, bringing the total to $171. Upon arrival at around 12:00 PM, I spoke with the husband at the front desk, who asked me to return at 1:20 PM to confirm the room.

When I returned at 1:25 PM, I noticed a sign on the window advertising a "Today's Deal" for $125. I inquired with the wife at the desk if my reservation could be adjusted to match the current promotion. She informed me that the lower rate did not apply since I had booked the room earlier online. I accepted her explanation but then requested to cancel my reservation, citing the "free cancellation" policy stated on Booking.com. She insisted that cancellations were not allowed.

I proceeded to take the room key and walked to the room to consider the situation further. Upon reflection, I decided to cancel the reservation and returned to the front desk to inform her of my decision. This time, she agreed to cancel the booking but reiterated that I would not be eligible for the posted deal and added that I would not be welcome to return in the future.

As I was leaving, I noticed the "Today's Deal" sign being taken down, which raised further concerns about the fairness of the situation. Having stayed at this location on many occasions in the past, I find this experience disappointing and disheartening. It felt as though the respect for returning customers was overshadowed by questionable practices.

Rooms pretty clean ofc not perfect somewhat quite just a little music from outside maybe bar or something after and bedding was clean not bad especially if you don't have any money or you're on a budget so of course it's not the Hilton but it's good for the price you pay

Positive experience overall. I'm m sure room was 'cleaned' per management/societal standards; still, it felt like I was entering a room in use. This is mainly due to cigarette burns to bed spread which reflected in such a way. Service was accommodating, as I was assigned a smoking room upon management inquiry. This was extra credit for her as was her approachability/availability at all times. For what is advertised, my experience was above average at Patio Motel! Didn't see any insect. Immediate 710 access.

First time going here . It was a nice stay for one night. The beds were a bit hard but slept okay. The jacuzzi was a bit small for two people. But room looked really nice.

We stayed there for four nights. The staff was pretty friendly. Everything was okay at the first few days. But on the last day there was a lady knocking and yelling at our door at 5 am in the morning. They didn't stop her. We didn't sleep well after that. Also they didn't inform us in advance that there would be some renovation for the parking lot so we needed to move our car. We were forced to wake up early to move the car. I would say you get what you paid for. The rate is pretty cheap compare to other stays but I regret why didn't we choose motel 6.

Remodeled. Staff is great and friendly. Microwave & fridge in rooms. Clean and such a great place to stay.

Update. Got room through 3rd party. Hotel didn't honor my stay with hours that were confirmed. Left to go out and came back to my room with my same key card to find my stuff gone. Turns out they rented the room to someone else. Didn't bother giving stuff back and even wanted to charge me more. Humiliated me in front of the person he sold the room to. Horrible.

Simple, but yet, complete. It fulfills the need of a room. Minus the unwanted fees for services unasked for. It does have a star's worth of needed improvement, but nonetheless, a great bargain for a great room.
