My wife and I stayed here during our first trip to LA in September 2024. The hotel was very nice. The staff were very nice. The hotel was clean. Valet was quick and courteous. Definitely recommend and will definitely book again.

Do not eat the chocolate cake at the café downstairs—I had a stomachache all day after eating it, and it completely ruined my plans. The coffee was also awful, bitter, and seemed poorly made. While the hotel itself is decent and provides a comfortable stay, the quality of the food and beverages in the café is extremely disappointing. I would recommend avoiding it if you care about your health and taste.

Stopped in here for some relaxation 😌, Amazing environment, Great staff, Awesome games & Slots, Excellent customer service, Clean facilities, Professional card dealers, Good food!, Expertly assembled event rooms, as well as an exquisite selection of eatery establishments in their food court.

Everything is good. Just be aware of not able to order from Amazon and have it delivered to this hotel. The security department not allowing hotel customers have delivery from Amazon for security reasons. They told me if I need order anything have to send to my home address because this is a private address, not allowing unknown packages to show up at the hotel.

Had a great stay here, excellent service from the staff. They arranged for a higher floor with a view since we were staying here for sometime. Valet service for hotel guest too. Convenient location as it is near a huge supermarket and lots of food options around the hotel. Room was big and spacious too. Only down side was the blackout curtain only cover half the room. So the morning sun will hit the room.

The location is not in best neighberhood. The room is OK after they allowed a change, but housekeeping all 3 days only. I had some food in the restaurant charging to my room. When this exceeded the 100 USD deposit they locked me out of my room. They did not send me a note, not a message, they just locked my room. That is so unfriendly, so untrusting that I really was perplex! I stay for 3 weeks and payed more then 3,000 USD in advance. And because they are scared not to get 173 USD for my comsumptions they locked my room!!! Sorry, that is no style. It showes disrespect for the customer! I have to stay untill the end of my trip, but I will never again take any consumption here. Question to the Hotel: Do you think I will ever come to you again? I think the answer is easy...

I was playing 1-3 no limit game and I was small blind. Two players called and I went all in. The big blind folded and the next player put 3 chips and the last player folded. Then the player put chips said she didn't know it was all in. Floor person cameand the dealer explained to the floor person that the player was not aware of the all in. And the floor person declared that it was not called all in. I've been playing the no limit game over 30 years and never heard that kind of rule. I guess the floor person and the player are same Chinese and that was the reason for that weird decision.
