I purchased a gift certificate from here for a friend's birthday. I live in Indiana (about 3 hours away). I like that they could email me the gift certificate. Very convenient! I messaged them on FB Messenger and received a quick response (which I was not expecting since it was late at night). The next day, I called and purchased the gift certificate. They emailed it over quickly. I didn't realize until later that I spelled the name wrong. Yes, it was me, not them. Once I noticed, I contacted them a few different ways. Thankfully, they were able to fix it for me today!

Second time here at spa, highly recommend! Nice staff. Relaxing environment. Had a facial with Braelyn today, and was amazing! I've also had a massage wish Ashley before, which was also amazing. She was knowledgeable and worked kinks out.
Spa prices are a little cheaper here than other places.

I got a massage from the main masseuse, the room was very nice, clean and had the best aura. I got a 60 minute full body and it was one of the best, they use nice oils and care about their customers. Will be making another appointment for sure.

I've only been once but it was very clean and welcoming. My facialist was the sweetest and made me feel very relaxed and at home. Plan to come back soon

Amazing service! My mani/pedi was the best I've ever had! Ahe took her time to trim around the nail. This was the first time my pedicure did not hurt. The Swedish massage was mind-blowing! There was an area I wanted her to avoid because I have been having issue, but she was able to do something for that area that actually reduced the pain! I will definitely go back!

I trust the staff at park hills when it comes to some much needed self care. They are knowledgeable and experienced in their services which they offer for a very affordable rate. Check them out sometime!
