two day layover, rooms were available, didn't have to wait until after 3pm to check in...
yeah rooms were a bit old, carpet needs replacement, no problem requesting extra towels from housekeeping directly... Chinese buffet next door, few other restaurants within walking distance, booked a room online with Agoda... oh! if they would have better hot water , it makes a difference! still enjoy myself and my stay.. wasn't the best, but I've had worse!

To whoever is gonna book the hotel:
Please do not book, you will be regretted,
1. Dirty room
2. No privacy
3. NO HOT WATER, I tried all possible way, the water was not even lukewarm, had a technican came, he wasn't able to fix it
stayed for 3 days, I didn't even have a shower, OMG!
4.The main entrance is alway closed
5. If your flight is before 7am, congrats, no one is at the reception
They don't have night shift!
6.The advantage of the hotel is close to the airport, if you want to stay a few days and want to go the the downtown, please, find another hotel, you will spend another 60~80$ to call uber drivers, NOT CONVENIENT.
7. No refregirator, no microwave, no coffee maker, maybe I am thinking too much because the price is such low.

The room was not clean, the carpet is so filthy, No lights working above the bathroom sink, "NO HOT WATER" No flat TV, just a small monitor TV, Plus the internet is so bad, or almost no signal.
I talked to the front desk person about the problems I have, the funny thinks he said is keep the water faucet open for a long time it will get hot.

I dropped the key in the key box, and I told the guy at the front disk that I need a refund or I'm going to dispute the charges with my credit card company, he said you can do that if you want because you did not make a direct reservation with us.

All the pictures they have on their website do not belong to them, that's fraud.

I had issues with my room key from the start. Had to go back to lobby and switch keys three times. On the 2nd morning I couldn't regain entry to my room due to my room key not working once again. Had the cleaning lady not been in the hallway to open my door I would have missed my interview that day. I packed my belongings and checked out the hotel one day early. Management (Karen) never returned my phone call regarding possible refund, I left multiple voicemails.

Take my advice. Take your money and spend it on a cheap Quality In or Motel 6 with better hospitality. I am very displeased with Park Pointe

Horrible experience. After we checked in, there were several people standing outside of the second floor spectating my group and I unloading our luggage. Felt very unsafe from the start. Once we made it to the room, we were horrified to find a blood stain on the curtains! Walls were patched up and the door was scraped up as if something horrible happened in there in the past. We felt extremely unsafe and immediately went up to the front for a refund. We never finished our stay and suggest you don’t start yours here.

STAY AWAY!!!!! Where do I even begin?! I’d like to say I’ve stayed at 2 Star hotels before but OMFG! I have NEVER experienced anything like this. The hotel looks nothing like it does in the pictures! The walkways leading up the rooms are absolutely filthy and sketchy looking. Not only that but the room reeked of stale cigarettes when I walked in and there was mold in the restroom! The tub didn’t even look like it had been cleaned at all and there were stains on the carpet, walls and suspicious looking growths on the tiles on the restroom floor. I didn’t even want to lay on the bed!!! It truly looks and feels like a seedy motel that people rent for an hour at a time. I tried to stick it out because it was 3am, I had just driven 7 hours and was so tired but I left within 30 MINS! I just couldn’t tough it out! I felt so uncomfortable and uneasy. Front desk was helpful with checking me out and processing a refund though. That was the only thing I’d give a 5 star rating for. Everything else would be a big fat Z E R O if it was possible to rate it that low. I ended up going across the street to Travelodge for $20 more. THE LOW PRICE IS NOT WORTH IT YALL!! DONT DO IT!

Waited for too long becase the main entrance is locked, No one in the reception. I knocked many times and shouted so they can here my voice, but still no one is answering, I went to the back door because it was open. But unfortunately i found nothing. It was paid already that’s why i cannot cancel the booking, so I waited again for another 30mins, someone came and told me to wait at the front but she open the main entrance after 30 mins. 😨 I will not recommend this place!! I did not even received my refund from the deposit its $100!

Booked here but could not see myself staying even 1 night with recent reviews. Dirty carpets, Room Keys not working. Stained sheets. Reviews are correct. Do not follow the pricing.
