This place is horrible with even worse customer service. Couldn’t tell you about rooms but I can say they have no problem screwing a potential customer over! I had been traveling all night due to moving and driving across the state of Wyoming. I started calling the motel around midnight on night of my reservation to explain due to weather I was running behind schedule. I told the employee I would be a super late check-in… Probably around 4:00am or 4:30am But that I just wanted a place to sleep for a couple hours until I had to return the moving truck. She said that would be fine. She would wait to do her night audit so it didn’t mark me as a no-show. I called back around 4 o’clock in the morning as I still have not made it and I was approximately an hour away at that point. I informed the employee who answered the phone of this. And he said OK he would let the other employee know. At no point did they tell me that if I didn’t arrive by 4:30 they would automatically mark me as a no-show whether I liked it or not. So when I got to the motel, they refuse to give me the room I’ve already paid for And never once said it was gonna be an issue for me to check in so late. They said I could get a room as a walk-in, but I would have to pay again. I re-explained the situation to the desk clerk at that time and said That I just wanted somewhere to lay down for a couple hours since I’ve been up all night driving. She could care less.Clearly, I walked back out. There was no reason why they could not give me the room. I had already paid for they weren’t out any money. They had plenty of availability and empty rooms at the time. They provided the worst customer service I’ve ever received from a Motel. I had read the original reviews, but decided to still give them a try and I regret that now more than ever. Personally, I wouldn’t waste my time on this rat hole place. Even from the outside other people‘s reviews must be correct. It’s rundown. It’s dirty looking. With plenty of riffraff around the premises and uncaring and non-understanding employees to boot. Save your money and spend a little bit more to stay somewhere with employees that have a little compassion and empathy.

DJ and TJ, and Tabitha are amazing people!! But even they couldn't save this absolute disgusting place. I had booked for a week. After a few hours decided that maybe 2 days was enough so canceled 5 days.

First, there were black hairs in my room. They came in and cleaned it, but I switched to a different room with a fridge. Let me say that TJ went above and beyond. Super person I would hang out with any day!

But the room was disgusting, hairs and crusty food and who knows what on the floors.

Tried to stay at least 2 days, but then at night the crazies came out and were loud at night. At this point it's midnight and I just need to leave. Couldn't leave the morning fast enough.

WORST PLACE EVER and Im comparing this to ghetto places in 3rd world countries. And this is with DJ also being A SUPER AMAZING PERSON!!!

DJ and TJ you are both AMAZING PEOPLE. But this place I will NEVER visit again. Sorry guys. 🙏

Horrible experience at this place they have a night person at the front desk who doesn't know what she's doing she charged my card twice and couldn't get ahold of a manager to fix the problem and now getting to the room there was raoches and couldn't get any hot water in the shower. Can't believe Radisson and Choice Hotels put their name on this place.

Absolutely love the rooms the manager and her staff are always friendly with great customer service honestly they all deserve gold stars next to their names best staff in cheyenne

Positive: The bed was comfortable, the shower seemed new, staff was nice. It's very inexpensive, and I understand they have to make sacrifices in some areas to keep the cost down for customers. Negative: There was a massive amount of cigarette tar in the room, and a trash tornado outside. It looked kind of post apocalyptic out there. In their defense, it was very windy, and since there's no landscaping, the trash just blows around freely over the dirt. Negative: ""
