Hosted a baby shower here over the weekend & it was amazing. Kitchen, bar, sound system, tables, chairs were included and just over all space was great. Helpful service by Yessica and Juan. This is a hidden gem.

Great facility for any private event; plus highly accommodating staff. Check out the courtyard! Perfect venue for my daughter's quinceanera.

Place is great for all party events the only downside is that they do not allow you to setup your decor in advance without paying the hourly rental fee. I was hoping to book a couple of hours in the AM on the day of my event just to setup tables and decor and comeback at the time of my event but not allowed to make separate bookings. They want to make one reservation for uninterrupted rental time all together.

. Very nice courtyard and great location if you have 100 or less. Not sure why they call it a banquet hall. It’s more like a back room at a park district.

$110 for an hour is pretty expensive. Good thing about this place is having the full-length kitchen. It has a pretty good backyard that childrens can play or can be used as an outdoor recreation place during summer. Finding this place is a bit of a challenge since there is no sign boards right in front. The Indians his right to the back and we had to drive around this place has got ample parking space which is good

I've been contacting Kent Russell for about 2 months now trying to set up a contact to rent this location for an event. Initially the date I wanted was August 5th. Everything seemed to be booked. On May 3rd, I respond back to him to let him know September 9th would be great. Not only would he ignore my emails & not call back after numerous voicemails I left. But yesterday I spoke to him, he put me on hold & then told me he would call me back. Never heard from him. I called today to find out an employee already has a deposit in for that date. Very unprofessional. I spoke to him 3 weeks ago & he was supposed to email me a contract so I can leave a deposit. Never happened. Complete waste of time. Do not even bother contacting them to set up a rental. Not only will they ignore you but also give someone else a date you two had agreed upon.

My first time here & I really liked the courtyard area and that the banquet hall has a full kitchen & clean restrooms. They are serious about ending the event on time so keep that in mind.

Went for bridal shower. Nice room with a small bar. You if course have to supply everything.
