Nice people and food was clean and delicious. Pho had thick fat noodles, so you may want to ask before ordering if they have the thin ones. The sandwich I got was the grilled pork. The bread was crispy yet soft and on the thinner side. Spring rolls were ok as well. Nothing amazing stands out about the food but it was bad either. Drinks were a little less on the sugary scale but still tasty, thai tea wasnt sweet enough for me. The store is very neat, decorated and clean which is what I like. We dined in and didnt have spoons on our table for pho so we had to grab them from elsewhere. But I definitely recommend!

I'm always looking for the next good Banh Mi and this missed it for me. I have a regular place for Banh Mi and it's still going to be my go to place. I was worried when I saw that the chicken Banh Mi says that the chicken was shredded. I knew that the chicken was going to be dry and it was. The saving grace was the special butter mayo that they use to keep the sandwich moist. The bread was nicely toasted but this sandwich needed help from the butter mayo to save it. Since, already this sandwich is a "no go" again for me. I'll stick to the better places since the price of the others are about the same price. I really wanted to like this place. I had waited for it to open as I have waited for them to open since seeing their sign up.

I've tried this place in Florida before and was surprised someone opened in Fresno.
Surprisingly, the one in Fresno tastes a lot better than the one in Florida.

Ordered the #2 sandwich (grilled pork). I enjoyed it. It's not the traditional bread, but it's still good. I like that the bread has a crunch to it, but it's not hard like some places where it scratches the inside of my mouth. It's a soft crunch where it is soft on the inside.

The sandwich is not half a sandwich. It is a foot long. So you get a big sandwich. I also tried the peach fruit tea, and it was ok. A little too sweet, and I forgot to lower the sweetness.

Take out order. Went in at about 7 pm on a Friday night. Only two other customers were inside. Ordered the "Buy 5 get 1 free" banh mi and two slushies. The cashier was friendly and he made the slushies within three minutes. Couple ladies in the back made the sandwiches and I received my order within 10 minutes. The place was clean and well lit. The sandwiches received great reviews at the party I took it to. I did not try the pho or the croissant bahn mi.

This place is ok. The staff were nice and helpful. The bread on the Bahn Mi are not the typical baguette you find on a Banh Mi; to me it's a bit doughy. Which isn't to my liking but they hollowed out the middle part so it isn't too thick and edible. At least the bread isn't hard (like some places nearby).

I will come here again for my Banh Mi fix because it's close by. I still prefer a more traditional Banh Mi baguette but this will do for bow.

The Banh mi is delicious. We got 3 sandwiches. two #1 and one #2. For drinks, we got the matcha milk tea and the lychee milk tea. We got the 3rd drink, Paris By Night milk tea, for free. The flavor of everything was great but I got more pate and jalapenos the first time I ate from here. The milk tea was sweet, creamy and delicious. We asked for extra spicy in all 3 sandwiches and they said they would add extra jalapeños but they did not. They did not replace our drink that had been tampered with. They also don't offer the spicy chili sauce.

Pros: great taste for both the sandwiches and drinks. Got a lot of the pickled veggies in each sandwich. We bought 2 drinks and got a 3rd drink for free from a list of 4 choices. They also had a deal for the sandwiches. I think it was buy 5 and get the 6th for free. The cashier was smiley and very polite.

Cons:
Too much ice in the drinks.
Bread was too hard.
There is no way of telling the sandwiches apart, as in no label or marking on the outside of the paper wrap. You need to open it and lookn inside the sandwich to know which one it is.
We ordered 3 milk teas. Another customer took our drinks and kept the 3rd tea that they had already drank. The customer brought 2/3 of the drinks back to the register and the cashier handed those to us. We could see that the 2nd drink was tampered with so we asked if they can remake it. They said they didn't drink it so the worker didn't want to replace it for us. we just end up taking the tampered drink and waited for them to remake the 3rd drink.
Kind of disappointed that we couldn't get the drink remade when it was obviously tampered with, and it was the drink we actually paid for. Felt disappointed so instead of eating in, we just left and ate our food at home.

I ordered the B1 special combination sandwich and the matcha crème brûlée. Sandwich was good. It tasted like what a banh mi sandwich should taste. Drink was good. Service and decor looked great! It was their first day opening so they did a good job of trying to get a rhythm going.
