I recently had the pleasure of seeing Waitress at the Paramount Theater, and it was a totally unbelievable production! As a subscriber, my expectations are always high, and I’m happy to say that Paramount never disappoints. Every show is top-tier, with outstanding performances, stunning sets, and incredible attention to detail.

Beyond the productions themselves, the theater experience at Paramount is exceptional. The venue is absolutely stunning, with its beautifully restored architecture adding to the magic of the night. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, making every visit enjoyable. The box office team consistently goes above and beyond to ensure patrons have the best experience possible.

Going to the theater is something I truly love, and Paramount makes it a memorable experience every time. If you’re looking for Broadway-quality performances in an incredible setting, this is the place to be!

Overall, a great theater and we'll be back. Courteous ushers, clean bathrooms, pretty effective will call, and a good production. There were booster seats available for the kids to sit higher and see better. Great fun was had with all the kids at the Frozen show, and I think all the Elsa's would agree.

Took my daughter to see Frozen and we had no trouble finding the place or parking. Midsized theater, clean, and friendly staff. I thought the MM seats we had would be a bit closer to the stage, but it was a bit far for our preference. We still enjoyed the show. Restrooms were conveniently located just outside the theater doors and there's a TV in the entryway to the restroom with audio so you don't miss too much when you leave your seat. We liked that!

I was totally wrong about this place. I had heard it was a very nice theater and I didn't believe it.

This place far surpassed my expectations and was amazing. They did a phenomenal job with this playhouse.

What's surprise me even more was that I went to see the musical Frozen and was not really looking forward to it.

I was blown away by the caliber of the actors and actresses and their singing ability as well as the backdrop of the production.

This was top-notch! The singers were so good I couldn't believe they were actually singing and thought it was fake.

This will teach me for having negative preconceived notions.

Go check this place out you won't be disappointed.

This is a second posting following a second visit.

Once again I have to tip my hat to the Paramount.

Before the show the announcer indicated several changes in the cast line-up.

And yes I have a pessimistic way of thinking ....as I thought..."ugh... Second string actors.."

I was wrong yet again. The performance was amazing. The singing was fantastic and the acting was spot on. It was a fun, funny, entertaining, and engrossing top notch play!

And let me be clear ... I am simply not a fan of musical plays whatsoever! Not my thing.

They knocked this out of the park! Instead of slowly nodding off to sleep ....which I admit I have done on several occasions with different plays... this time around, I was truly impressed an engaged in watching the play unfold.

I went to the Paramount with a group of friends and my sister.... With everyone raving about what a great time they had.

The big thing I came away from after seeing this play was a sense of excitement that I don't have to go down to Chicago to see top notch quality entertainment.

To all the actors I saw it the Paramount last night... Here's another round of applause for you guys.. 👏 👏 👏 👏 👏!

Finally...

I'll admit that I'm kind of judgy... Because I was shocked that Aurora has this kind of finesse and dazzle with entertainment.

I wish other places in The burbs would follow suit... Until then... I'll be taking friends and family and guests to the Paramount!

So Beautiful. Wow! What an awesome experience! Loved every second. The bathrooms downstairs were a little weird being an everyone bathroom but the line moved regardless. The place was clean and staff was very helpful to find seating. It was nice that their were also cup holders in front of the chairs. Easy to get to and the parking garage had plenty of spaces. Only a block walk

Very nice theater, well kept. Went to see frozen in December, it was packed, place was clean, restrooms available in first and second floor. There’s a perfect view from any seats available. My chairs were on the right side all the way to the back of the theater and we had a great view. There’s an area to take pictures, they don’t sell food, don’t offer pop corn. Only had chocolate chip cookies available and soft drinks and beer. I know! I wish they offer slice of pizza at least but no they don’t. Other than that we loved the theater it’s beautiful , the architecture of the ceiling is majestic. We all had a great time. 🔥🔥🔥

We had the pleasure of going to see Frozen for their “sensory-friendly/relaxed” performance. From the second we walked in, the staff and venue were BEYOND accommodating and lovely. The person who scanned our tickets introduced herself and directed things throughout the lobby intended for various special needs. The staff gave an introduction before the performance started about ways the show was “sensory friendly.” It was clear they believed “theater is for all” and took intentional steps to make the show as welcoming and open as possible. The seats were comfortable, the caliber of the performance top notch, and the staff excellent! Please continue doing these special performances. We cannot wait to return!
