I worked primarily with Shari the online sales rep. She was a delight to deal with and really made me excited to be working with Paradise Valley Spas for my Nordic hot tub.

Dan also was very helpful when going in person to check out the tubs.

You should give these guys a chance if you’re looking for a hot tub in the area!

After a lot of research and visits to multiple area dealers we decided to purchase a tub from Paradise Valley Spas. This is our first tub and I must say that the sales portion of our experience was very informative, low pressure, and our sales rep Dan was really great. He was knowledgeable and helped up make our tub selection a breeze.

Regrettably this is where our experience went bad. After paying our deposit we patiently waited for their Customer Service team to schedule a site visit. After waiting a few weeks we finally heard from them and started the process of documenting our hot tub pad and delivery route. Our contact for this was Will in their Burlingame office. Will was very friendly but is, as he put it, very overwhelmed and behind due to a short staff. Will did not return calls or emails for a couple of weeks, at which point we threatened to cancel our order. At that point we contacted our sales rep to let him know what was going on.

After several phone calls and emails Will finally got back to us and processed payment for the tub. The order took almost six weeks to fulfill. When the time came to schedule delivery, Will was good about contacting my spouse to setup the delivery, but failed to confirm the delivery time as promised. This is unfortunately par for the course for Customer Service right now. They are difficult to reach, do not follow through on promises, and the whole team at Paradise Valley Spas pointed fingers at each other instead of coming together to problem solve.

Our delivery did go well but the guys could definitely use some people skills. They were not friendly at all, but they did do what they set out to. They placed the tub where is was meant to be and did a very good job with the handling of the tub, so I can't knock them there.

My spouse wanted me to give a one start review, but I added a second star since Dan did such a great job educating us during the initial purchase.

We will have to work with this dealer for the life of our tub so my hope is that things improve. If you plan on working with Paradise Valley just be prepared to do a LOT of follow up work to get your order processed.

Tech guy was great but beware of the office people. They are dishonest and have no idea what’s going on. They don’t follow their own ridiculous policy. Tried to bill us for 2 hrs of work when it was barely over an hour, which the tech guy confirmed on a 3-way call. Hopefully he doesn’t get reprimanded for being honest.

We waited over a year for delivery and paid top dollar for our hot tub. The tub has a major design flaw and we have mice getting up inside the cabinet and chewing wires, causing lights to go out and tub to leak. How is something that is designed to be outside so flawed? Would give 0 stars if I could.

Edit to add 9/19/23: we reported the leak in May and have had a crew come out and put the tub on blocks, then another crew member came out and hopefully fixed the leak where the mice chewed through. The bottom of the hot tub has been left open for weeks, which leaves it open to more rodents. We put steel wool and screwed the cabinets down but we can’t get the tub off the blocks till they repair the bottom and they responded today they have to go to Home Depot for parts! See pics.

Our spa was ordered last October. Each time we call to check on the status, the answer is always the same... that it got on the truck on 1/28. There is no updates and no one is telling us anything but that. its April now and we have no spa. the staff is short with us and they have no intention to make a more serious inquiry into the whereabouts of the hot tub. if you are considering this company, please skip because you will give thousands in deposit and it will be a very long time before you get the spa. the staff is not direct, nor honest, nor willing to help. how can a hot tub be on some truck for months!!! so shady!

Great service on our Bullfrog spa. They scheduled an appointment for the next week and diagnosed and repaired our heat pump. Parts took a few weeks, but that was to be expected. Justin was extremely knowledgeable. Couldn’t recommend their service more highly.

I bought a Sundance spa almost 28 years ago. It's still in fabulous condition. It's proven to be a bargain over time because of its superior quality. I have had a few service calls over the year and I am always pleased with the quick response time and the knowledgeable staff especially Justin. He has me back to marinating in my spa in no time!
