stayed here for weekend for my wife's birthday. The resort is easy to find. We stayed in Bear's Paw cabin and it was clean and comfy. Resort staff is knowledgeable and helpful. We had a private wine making tour with one of the owners, Bob. We had a great tour with Bob where he explained the art of wine making and his journey from the beginning. The tour was amazing and up-close. Bob is amazing tour guide and great host. The wine tasting room hostess knew her wines and explained how each wine is made along with some wine anecdotes. Overall, amazing experience and will come back again for sure

I can't count the number of cabins I've stayed in throughout the North Georgia mountains, but I can, without hesitation, say this was the best of all of them! Not only is the cabin an excellent combination of luxury and rustic, but the grounds and the people make it perfectly spectacular. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the wine tasting, the spa, the guests, and most of all, the staff and owners. We came thinking we would have a quick, quiet trip before the new year, and we are leaving with new friends and excitement about our next trip here!

The cabin was nicely appointed, clean and offered great views. Even though it was close to other cabins, it felt very private. We were only steps from the Lodge and wine tasting room. The staff all knew us by name before our trip was over.

The spa was the perfect place to relax. We enjoyed the sauna and the soaking tub before receiving a nothing less than heavenly massage.

As a gay couple, we felt very welcomed and included. We sometimes hesitate going to new places, worrying that we may not be accepted. The staff and owners made us feel welcomed and provided a completely inclusive environment!

Brought a large group for a bachelorette weekend and had the best time! The cabin (cats meow) was a great size with all the amenities we needed. Had all the kitchen tools to cook and bake with that we needed. The staff was so communicative before and during our stay. So helpful in answering all my questions and helping us get anything we needed set up. Just very kind people! The property itself is just beautiful, would love to come back in a warmer season, but it was perfect for a short winter retreat. Hot tub was perfect for the cold weather. Only 2 hours from Chattanooga and Atlanta it was the perfect weekend getaway. A fun bonus was a great movie selection to pick from, added to the relaxing weekend 🙂

A wonderful location to relax and unplug from the world! My spa treatment was beyond expectation with a sauna and aromatherapy lounge to use before and after the appointment really added to our stay. The friendly staff, attention to detail and overall welcoming environment absolutely made repeat guests out of us!

We’ve been coming here for our anniversary for the last 13 years! This family is AMAZING and so accommodating. The Fox Lair is our favorite to stay in. We take our dogs, borrow an oldie DVD and build a fire to enjoy the evenings. It’s perfection for us!! We love y’all! Thanks for never changing and always being amazing

My husband and I recently visited the resort’s spa. We elected to do an instructional couples massage. We learned great techniques and had a blast! Our instructor was very knowledgeable and truly helped us connect and communicate what we both enjoyed about the massage. It was an overall beautiful experience and so peaceful and relaxing. When we exited the customer service was excellent and they provided us with information and vocabulary on our experience and practicing our massage techniques learned, at home. We would definitely recommend giving them a visit.

I went for a spa day with a group of friends recently. The therapist was good (from what I hear) but the staff and customer service were absolutely abhorrent. When we arrived, they immediately told us one of the therapists called out and we'd only have one. No problem-- can we still leave by 5pm for a reservation? They said we could, so great! We had a decent time in the spa waiting for each of our turns. However, the wine was not the best quality and gave a few of us headaches. Two of us were supposed to get the chair massage but there was no chair in sight. We asked and they seemed confused. After some back and forth it turns out they got rid of them despite the fact that we'd booked and paid for the service. No communication whatsoever. 5pm rolls around and I still haven't had my massage so I say let's just cancel it because we have a reservation. They tell me I'll still have to pay for my $75 thirty minute massage because we "were always supposed to have only one therapist". That is a blatant lie. Finally, they say okay, you can cancel it but you won't get a refund because the amount you ordered in wine cancels out for your $45 service... but I was charged for a $75 service? They insist I wasn't. Basically, turns out I paid $75 for literally nothing. Please do not waste your time, money, and sanity at this spa.

We stayed at the Paradise Hills Winery Resort & Spa Nov 21-24. We chose and reserved a 1 bed room cabin as it was just my wife and I. We were meeting another couple who was also staying at the resort. We ran late arriving to check-in, though the resort, Ilke, was in touch with us and made it easy to still get in to the resort for first evening. Checked in and got settled for the first night. We did have trouble getting the HVAC to operate fully the first night. We called the office in the am the next day and the issue was dealt with very quickly! The HVAC unit needed to be repaired and would take the day at least. We were offered another cabin right away. We gathered are items and moved to the knew cabin, which was larger and an upgrade for sure for the same original cost! It made the trip even more pleasant for my wife, our friends and I. We were checked in with over the stay and found the resort to a hidden gem in the mountains. We will visit again soon, thanks
