This was the first time I visited this restaurant.
When placing my order, the man talks so fast. I had to ask him a couple of times what he said.
I ordered a corn beef sandwich with fries and a pink lemonade Along with an Italian beef sausage with mild 🌶 with fries as well For my pastor. The price for.
The food came to $25.26.
We gave the guy at the window $30.26. After receiving an order, I noticed the bag. Was light for a corn beef sandwich with fries and an Italian beef sausage.

But didn't think anything of it. After paying him we were still at the window. The guy comes back to the window and asks. Is there anything else we needed we replied.
Yes, $5 change. He said he had gotten so distracted that he forgot about it. So we pulled off as we got further down the road. My pastor was saying you're right this bag does feel light.
So we decided to check the order. Shame on us for not checking before we left.
There were no fries in the bag. The corn beef was very hot and flat.
For the price, I felt we should've got at least REAL corn beef but of course it was. Processed meat in the worst way. It had about 3 strips of this processed corn beef. If that's what you call it, there were no fries.

I was so disappointed. I called back to the place and he said. We got just what we paid for corn Beef and Italian sausage sandwich and no Receipt. While on the phone with him, he told me.
That he was busy and that he couldn't talk about the order before he hung up on me. I asked about the receipt. And he just read it to me and said if I wanted a copy I could come back and get it.
If it was anything less than 5 stars, Panos Big Boy would have gotten it very poor service. Very poor product. I don't even know how they stay in business. Two thumbs down.

The service use to be amazing they never messed up my food, but lately...they gave me someone's patty melt instead of my sub sandwich...then the time they forgot my fries or gave me two different types of chicken tenders even though I paid 15$

Gyros, Chicago style hot dog and the large garlic fries are unbelievably delicious 😋

They done got so cheap and raise the price to $13 for the gyro plate, the meat was dry and tasteless. THERE GYRO USE TO BE GOOD .SO!, IT WENT TO RAISE PRICE AND TERRIBLE..AND BEEN GOING THERE FOR YEARS NOT NO MORE, I haven't been been back in that year

BEST GYROS IN CHICAGO!!! Make sure you get a side of garlic fries because you won't find them anywhere else!!! So glad they are open via drive thru during this pandemic too!

I love that they’ve kept the same integrity in their food and haven’t replaced it with cheaper tasteless solutions. I’ve been going here since the early 90’s. One of the originals of Calumet City that still has great customer service and food. Every time I’m in town, I stop by.

If you’re looking for a quick bite to eat for good food then Panos is a place to check out. Their prices are very reasonable too. I stopped by and picked up a gyro and an Italian beef, they definitely packed in the meat on both sandwiches. Their drive thru service was very fast.

Had to stop by one of the best places to eat on the planet been eating panos ever since I was a kid !!! 85 to now !!! I was a sweet home coming !!
