We ordered our food and they were nice but when we pulled up to the drive through window MAJORITY OF THE STAFF (teenagers) were on their phones making snapchat videos , doing tik toks , playing around and also NOBODY HAD ON A HAIRNET. PLUS I did not see any staff wash their hands ! Fire the whole staff and hire some new people ASAP!

They are pretty good but have an unfortunate common habit of dropping really good menu items off from time to time. The baked goods are really nice and love the selections of bagels and cream cheeses. The lunch menu is ok. I wish they would keep chicken tortilla soup all year and bring back the cheese pasta.
It is very pricey but cleaner eating usually comes at a premium. Staff is always friendly and quick!

Beautiful selection of bagels, breads and pastries prepared fresh daily. Very sweet and personable cashier. I haven't eaten here YET, but the first impression was the reason I'm coming back.

This is a nice Panera. Good location for an easy in and out just off the interstate. Well laid out with spread out inside dining and nice outside eating area. Standard Panera menu with a nice selection of coffee and teas. We ate at 1130 and they had several employees just standing around when several tables needed cleaning so that cost them a star.

I love this location and go there frequently. All of the staff are great. I wish Panera would stop dropping my favorite menu items, but that is certainly not this location's fault. Always a good experience.

This is my go-to Panera as it’s close to my house. Food is usually always as ordered but on Friday my to go salad was missing half of its condiments and they didn’t include the bread. However, they were so kind and accommodating to fix the order and remade a salad for me to pick up when I got off work. I also wanted to purchase a smoothie when I arrived to pick up the make up salad, but they insisted it was on them and gave it to me as a courtesy. Even though it was not necessary, it was a small gesture that brightened my experience.

I think that it’s important to always commend great customer service and human kindness because it can impact those who work day in and day out to provide a quality patron experience and it also encourages brand loyalty. Thanks again!

Based on my first visit, this place is phenomenal. I got a Baker's dozen of bagels for ,$10.99 and had some sliced like a loaf of bread. They topped it off with a catering bag to carry them all to my work party. Totally recommend. A+

I was very disappointed with the quality of the sandwich I received. The size is equivalent to chick fil a sandwich. The cost was ridiculous. A whole sandwich was $13 and some change. I did get an apple. For a whole sandwich I thought I would have enough for the next day. This ruined my appetite. Now what I thought was going to be my dinner has turned out to be a reheated sandwich with wilted lettuce.
