I had the pleasure of getting a facial done by Natalie today, and she was absolutely amazing! She’s such a sweet and kind person who truly takes her time to explain every step of the process. Her attention to detail is incredible, she did extractions and left my face feeling absolutely fantastic. Natalie is not only skilled but also very knowledgeable about skincare. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Hidden gem in Azusa's downtown. I would go back 110%. I've been here at least 3 or 4 times and have been treated like family every single time. Carole and Natalie are the best estheticians I've come across. The space is nice and comforting. I'm a light sleeper and I even have my facial sessions where I come close to absolutely knocking out. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for something refreshing, relaxing, and as a place to recharge. I always come in on Saturday's and get back to my daily life on Sundays feeling ready to take on anything that life throws at me. The apocalypse could be happening a week from now and I'd still book an appointment here. Besides me being hyperbolic, this place is such a treat. It smells great, the facial treatment is top notch, and the staff are super nice. Shout outs to the team they know what they are doing. Pictured in my review is the treatment room. Get ready for an experience that will make you feel a couple years younger than you actually are. I love it here and can't recommend it enough.

Omg Second time I am being here and definitely deserves a million star review. First time I came with Groupon . I know Groupon is just a trial , you can use once but the experience was amazing. I ended up buying the package deal . Carole the owner and esthetician she is such a sweetheart, talented experienced person , made me feel like over the clouds . I came for microdermabrasion , she added extras ( masks, enxymez ...) The skin analysis she made is very professional. I was expecting regular facial and I had super customized skin treatment.
I will definitely come back and bring my friends for sure

I recently went to Pamper Me Spa for a facial and dermabrasion. Natalie was excellent and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She was friendly and professional. My skin skin looked amazing when she was done. My face was glowing and my skin was super smooth and felt so soft. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

I’ve been following Pamper Me Spa for years and I finally got a facial 3 months ago and I’m obsessed. I actually have done a couple of facials by now. My husband tried it too and is hooked. I am a teenager and had very bad acne and I had tried different products and nothing was working. I was embarrassed to go to school but when Carole started treating my skin after six mi that my skin looks great!!!! The acne never came back and I am very happy!!!! I told my friends about this place. They are very nice and friendly and I come out feeling happy and relaxed. Now I know there is no need to go to another place. This is the place to go for all your services. 🙌

This place is amazing! Carole is the best. Her facials are wonderful she takes years off of you and you come out of their glowing. No need to go anywhere else. She knows what she is doing. Give her a try you won't regret it. The place has wonderful packages for face and body.

This place is amazing!!! The man who greeted me (so sorry I didn’t get his name) was truly so sweet. He is so welcoming! He offered me tea and water. Carole did my facial and she was the absolute sweetest, as well! She is so knowledgeable and explains everything to you. I felt so comfortable and relaxed at this spa. This was my first time here & I will be a long time customer now. Thank you again, I can’t wait to be back in 2 weeks for my chemical peel! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
