We stayed here for a little over a week! Enjoyed every second. The resort is super clean. The staff is SPECTACULAR and super friendly! We highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area. Paved walking and bicycle trails, fishing pond and even a swimming and beach area! Plus a playground, pickleball courts and much more to enjoy.

We stayed here overnight on our way home from FL. What a gorgeous setting! Level, wide, huge paved sites with FHU for about $50. As pristine as it gets. It was SO CLEAN and perfect, and wonderfully quiet. 110 acres to roam, but you never have to leave the pavement if you don’t want to. We will definitely be back on our way through next year.

Just a one night stay but the park is very nice. Concrete sites that are easy to back into. Power, water and sewer and wifi all work great. Went for a nice walk in the morning before leaving. Only suggestion I have would be to rewrite your rules to be more welcoming.
It reads like it was written to penalize a guest instead of welcoming them to your paradise.

Look no further if you are searching for a campground or want to experience glamping…this place was incredible! From the VERY kind staff to the nicest glamping tents you will enjoy every minute!! The staff went ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure we had everything (and more) that we needed! If you are near Smith Lake for bass fishing…great place to stay with plenty of boat parking and capabilities to charge boat batteries! The shower & restroom facilities were extremely clean. We WILL be back next time we are in the area! Thank you Palomino for such a MEMORABLE STAY!! 5 stars!!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

We stopped for only 1 night in March on our way back from Florida. The booking website was easy to use and the nightly rate was reasonable. Easy on and off I65. We arrived after the office had closed. A nice welcome packet was waiting. The gates and roads are very wide with broad approns. The sites are huge and nicely landscaped. Hookups were perfect for a large diesel pusher. Good dog park, kids playground, buddy sites, and a small swimming lake.

I have been to a lot to campgrounds. . The cutest place. Stayed in tent/cabin. So cute , so clean, comfortable bed, coffee maker in tent. Bath house so clean. Love this place.

What a find! Right off I-65. Beautiful wide paved sites. Pull through buddy sites have stone fireplaces. Back in sites are very large and each has a stone firepit. Meticulously clean and landscaping is very nice. Grass was well manicured. Staff was so friendly and helpful. We will go out of our way to return!

Been here several times for 1 night stays on our way back and forth. I will say this is one of the cleanest most kept up campground I’ve been to. There sites are large and all concrete. Most all the roads are nicely black topped. Staff was very friendly. We will be staying here twice a year every year on our way back and forth from Wisconsin to Alabama. Definitely recommend.
