The place is very nice, and I loved how it appeared. Although, the main worker under the owner made the experience terrible. She was drinking during the event, and her husband was the “security”. They charge you for security, and they don’t provide professional or certified people. The security was clearly high, and had red eyes during the whole event. I helped set up for this event, and attended the event. She was on her phone and got very unprofessional with my family, who was contracted with them. The lady threatened to have her husband/security fight one of the guests once he got off the clock. Even bringing up that us, as guests and customers, were lucky they did not have their gun. Julie the person I’m referring to, claims to be the owner but really it’s the doctor from the building next to it. I wanted to have events here, but after experiencing their services. I will not recommend or want to do any kind of event here. They are nice in the beginning, but do not let them fool you. We made a complaint about the event to the owner and all we got was “sorry, and I’m in shock”. Claiming he never gets complaints, which is impossible to receive if she claims to be the owner. Save your money and find a different banquet hall.
