Step into culinary paradise at Palma Kitchen and Tap, nestled within the stunning Encanterra Golf Course. Prepare to be delighted by the exquisite cuisine amidst a breathtaking atmosphere that invites you to linger for hours, savoring every bite and soaking in the serene surroundings. While it's situated within a relaxing gated community, don't hesitate to visit– the restaurant warmly welcomes the public. The best part of this venue is the views and atmosphere. We went on a weekend evening to grab a bite to eat and a chilled time. When we arrived we noticed all the golf carts outside and on entering the bar and restaurant it was full of golfing attired residents - no need to get dressed up here, it’s very casual. We couldn’t get a seat at the bar so sat on the patio, it was cold and we weren’t offered a patio heater as they were in use for a party group. Our server was pleasant and did a good job getting our order in. The prickly pear martini was nice and our shared plates arrived. Calamari was nice but in all honesty I left the chicken wings - the batter was just not right for this dish, very bland and tasteless - sorry but you need to up the recipe on these. Overall a nice place to grab a drink to unwind at the end of a long week but it does seem to be more for the residents than non- Encanterra locals. We will go back mid-week and see how it differs but the grounds and decor are stunning and worth just grabbing a glass of wine and watching the sunset over the golf course.

We had a very delicious meal at Palma Kitchen. It was a late dinner but it was still very crowded. It did take us a while to find the entrance to the restaurant as it was dark outside and there were not any signs. The food and service was great. Would definitely come back at an earlier time to enjoy the view.

We had such a great meal here.
Strawberry mules all around.
Started with the Soutwest salad, two of us shared the spicy Italian pizza, and the other two shared the short rib entree with green beans and mashed potatoes. Everything was so flavorful and cooked to perfection.
I didn't catch our servers name (because I wasn't paying attention when she told us), but she was an absolute gem. Outstanding service. We really enjoyed the beautiful view as well while we dined.
Update: Went back and had another amazing meal, and took pictures this time.

The surrounding course/community are gorgeous, and exceptionally well maintained. Just keep an eye out for golf cart drivers who seem to want to drive anywhere but the cart paths! Employees provided over-the top service, and while the restaurant was moderately busy for a Saturday lunch, the wait was completely reasonable. The food might not be award-winning, but it was delicious all the same. And, wow, the prices will keep me going back. The vibes are exactly what you would expect from a restaurant in the middle of a swanky golf course - not everyone's cup of team, but spacious and well-aged.

Ethan was a five star waiter. Amazing service and recommended the grilled chicken sandwich and that was amazing!!! My husband had the millionaire burger and loved it!
We also tried a couple of appetizers, the lettuce wraps and the cheesy bread. The cheesy bread was perfect for us both, but especially my husband who likes the slightly thicker crust than the thin crust pizzas they offer. We didn't actually try the pizza, but the cheesy bread was amazing! I tried the lettuce wraps without the lime and sauce at first and they fell a little flat, but once I added the lime and dipped it into the sauce, it was a great blend of flavors. I was expecting the chicken to be warm and so that the me off a little bit, but it was a really nice cold lettuce wrap. Overall, amazing experience at this hidden gem!

5 stars for the Buttercake…and I really want to give this place a higher rating overall because of the service and ambience but the other food wasn’t great other than that dessert…some bites of the meals were really good if that makes any sense but it was weirdly inconsistent. I plan to go back and try it again but the one thing I can really endorse is Buttercake. Honestly I’d go back just to have this dessert.
(The chicken was kind of dry, the noodles didn’t seem cooked all the way, one of the ribs was really tender and good the other was tough and fatty.)
PS it’s kind of hard to find, know where to park and know where to walk to.
