Pro’s|- Location is superb. Right in the centre of town with plenty of parking too:|- Grounds are lovely. Very nice swimming pool area and the lobby etc are all incredibly smart. |- Everything in the room worked and it got the job done ||Cons|- The room, whilst comfortable, had a bit of a musty smell and the interior has seen better days.||Overall I had a good stay here. Didn’t use the pool but it looked great, but really enjoyed being right in the middle of Palm Springs. The staff were friendly and courteous too.||The main flip side was the room being a bit shabby. They’re doing a big refurb next year, so my advice is wait until that’s done, then it’l be a five star experience without a doubt.

We loved this place! The location is wonderful, the property itself is beautiful and well maintained, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We even enjoyed a grapefruit fresh off of the trees by the pool.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small but still was good enough.

We will definitely stay here when we visit the area again.

A great spot in an excellent location. The staff were outstanding. When checking in there was a mistake by our travel agent that the front desk clerk fix for us with no hassel. Super shot out to great service.
Room itself was good. Nothing super fancy but the water was hot with good pressure and bed was a good amount of firm. The outside space with chairs was a great spot to hang. Parking somewhat limited but we had no issue finding a spot.
Would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed my first stay with friends over the weekend. This is by far the most pet friendly hotel I've ever encountered. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We stayed in a room that had a private patio for the 4 adjacent rooms and ours which was quite peaceful. Jane at the front desk was so accommodating and provided my pup with treats and a goody bag upon arrival. the physical location was nice as you were close enough to downtown to walk and yet far enough away you didn't feel like folks were crowding your stay. I will definitely stay here on my next visit to Palm Springs.

Me and my husband checked into palm mountain and we Instantly felt welcomed. Israel I believe his name was, showed us around and what to do, made my husband laugh and reminded me of good songs! His kindness and spirit was just so refreshing to experience nowadays. I will come back.. he made us feel more than just guests. The room was great and experience was great thanks to him. He gave us the “magic of romance “ side as he called Mountain View with balcony and a champagne…he really was our favorite part of staying in Palm Springs. The hotel is also beautiful and close to the strip with lots of great food and places to get drinks!

An older but clean property in the middle of downtown Palm Springs. We love the pool with its gas fire feature.
On site spa and really nice "store" in the lobby with ice cream, wine, snacks and coffee in the morning.
