Room was very spacious and clean as a non 5-star motel. It really looked like it’s gone under renovation.
My partner and I stayed there in total of 5 nights and our room was cleaned every single time we came back to the hotel.

We chose a non smoking room.
Although there was a smell of some cleaning product or something like everyone else is saying in the reviews, it was easy to let it out by opening the door once you come back to the room, turning off the aircon (accumulate air from the outside) or turn on the running hot water and block the drain so the water can trap the smell particles. Also, every morning we left the motel, I left the sliding window open which has a window screen installed to let air in and out but keep flies away.

It’s near the bus stops and was easy to get around. It’s also very close McDonalds, kfc, supermarket, etc. A very convenient place to stay at.

Our bed was very big. It did make a creaking sound but you just forget it’s even there. I suggest you choose a king bed. Worth the price. The aircon was fine to use at night and did not accumulate smelly air from outside (people smokes outside).

Our bathroom had a bath and a toilet. And the sink is just outside. It’s just the way I like it.

There’s a TV in the room but you can’t really chromecast or connect your phone to the tv. There were movies on channels though.

There is a microwave and a fridge. I did not see any kettle though to boil water. But it was alright for us because we were away straight in the morning and came back late at night.

So if you want to save money to be able to do activities, this motel is for you. Every time I stay at an expensive accommodation, I tend to stay there all day because the thought of paying $250+ per night. This motel is perfect for someone trying to save money to be able to do expensive activities and just have a nice place to stay at night.

For real, choose this motel if you’re planning to go out every where, everyday. Bus is near, we went to Hollywood sign, walk of fame, beach, universal studios, etc. Just by staying at this motel.

I booked through booking.com and they did often reply. If not, just call their number.
The check in lady was very nice.

Just book it. I managed there for five nights, you can too.

When I first read the reviews about this place, I have to admit, I was really scared, especially when people mentioned bed bugs. But to my surprise, when I arrived, they immediately gave me a room without even asking for a deposit, which I thought was a positive point. However, as soon as I entered the room, I noticed it wasn't very clean. There were hairs scattered in various places, and it was quite off-putting, as you can see in the photos I took. The toilet was another issue altogether. It was so unstable that even a slight movement would cause water to spill all over the floor. It was quite inconvenient, to say the least. And speaking of the floor, it was far from clean, with visible dirt and grime. Cleanliness is extremely important to me, no matter where I go, so based on this experience, I can confidently say that I won't be coming back to this place.

Booked through Expedia well in advance. And a few hours before my hotel check-in time, when I was boarding my flight to LAX, the hotel has cancelled my booking!!! And it was a late check-in too so imagine the horror!! Luckily found another hotel near LAX for that night. Terrible terrible experience.

This place is fine if you like bugs, invasion of privacy, and dirty rooms.
Sleeping in your car would be much better and your items would be more secure.
-Bed had multiple spiders, tons of ants, and a few small roaches.
-Beds are dirty with dirt marks over them, pillows have stains that are wiped. We bought our own bed covers and pillows due to this. One only benefit is we didnt find bed bugs. Hopefully that is still the case if you go here.
-We asked for no room service. Never asked for it. Yet at some point while we were gone, someone came into our room and made the bed. Didnt clean any mess, didnt put different or clean sheets down. Moved our stuff and invaded the space. Wouldnt be amazed if they had cameras at this point.
-Missing fire alarm that definitely has ben missing for awhile. Many dirty cobb webs on it.
-AC broken

Definitely will be discussing a refund due to the junk. Will be staying elsewhere or even in my car next time.

Had to stay because of a situation with my apartment and let me tell you, I've had FAR better service in a low end motel in Vegas compared to this "motel". The room service crew was great and friendly, always looking out for guests BUT, the manager himself was HORRIBLE!!! He was rude, lazy and completely ignorant of what hospitality really is. The room has ants coming out of the walls, severe water leaks, a sink that didn't drain and smelt like a sewer, damaged tables and light fixtures and extremely rude and rowdy guests slamming doors in the middle of the night, HIGHLY do not recommend this place at all!!!

⚠️ They try to “scam” you, few hrs prior arrival they message you to advise of a $12 “check-in” fee to be charge during check in. Making you “unable” to make another decision - and face the cancellation fees a problem at that moment.
They don’t give you an invoice or receipt with ‘detail’ of this “fee”, since obviously is a last minute profitable ‘option’.
Avoid this place ! 👎🏽
The Bed 🛏️ make noise in every movement 😖.
The only good is the location-near LAX, but there are many Motel options next to.

The room had an awful stench, heater/air-conditioned not working, staff was unable to communicate in English, no shower curtain...and did I mention how bad it smelled. I ended up just sleeping in the car. Never again would I stay here ever again.
