We most recently had our wedding at the Palm Event Center and we are so happy with the result. Brittany was our wedding coordinator and yes she was fantastic. The communication was consistent from all members of the team. The food was great and the staff were VERY kind and polite to our guests. We had a great experience and highly recommend this wedding venue to future couples!

We had our wedding at PEC in November and have zero regrets! The venue is absolutely beautiful and spacious enough for large weddings. We met with August for our tour visit (the candle wall win is over) and then communicated with Nicole and Jolyne up until our wedding. Our guests had nothing but great things to say about the drinks, food and service. Highly recommend this venue for any event, not just weddings!

This was such a beautiful venue to get married at. Helen and Nicole played such an integral part of our wedding planning and day of coordination. They helped us bring our year long vision to life and then some! Helen was especially amazing as she was able to help us resolve all of our hiccups during the day of our wedding. We had such an amazing experience having our December wedding at the Palm Event Center! Nicole, our coordinator, did a wonderful job from beginning to end and answered any questions we had at each of our meetings and through e-mail. Jenny, our coordinator during rehearsal was super sweet and amazing as well. Our guests had nothing but great things to say about the food, venue, and accommodating staff members. The day flowed effortlessly and we felt like we had nothing to worry about due to the precision and attention to detail shown by everyone at the Palm.

Palm Event Center is the most beautiful venue for a wedding and the most amazing coordinators to work with! The moment we saw the wine barrels along the wall we knew that this was our venue of choice. The new renovations to the reception hall made the venue pop even more. It gave so much light to the place and the new candle wall was such a good background for our sweetheart table. The outside grounds were beautiful and makes for a great photo location. All the food options were incredible and delicious. All the guests raved about how amazing the food tasted and they could not get enough of it.

August was such a blast to work with. She was so organized, and her meetings always relieved our stress. Every request we had always came with quick follow-up responses. She was so accommodating throughout the whole planning process. We kept going back and forth if we wanted to do the ceremony indoors/outdoors and she assured us that whatever vision we had they will make it happen. And they did! On the day of the wedding, August was so on point coordinating all the vendors. She worked so well with getting everyone organized. Our timeline went perfectly. She even surprised us with a cute little station for our Corgi dog! I would not hesitate to recommend Palm Event Center for your wedding venue with their top-notch coordinators and experts. Can’t say this enough but huge shout out to August Yocher for all the incredibly hard work she did! Our wedding was a dream come true!!! Thank you Palm Event Center for making everything perfect.

As a vendor, having a cohesive and reliable team is crucial, and the team at The Palms Event Center in Pleasanton truly delivered. As a Wedding Coordinator, planning every detail of a wedding can be stressful for the wedding party, vendors, bride + groom alike, but it makes all the difference when the venue staff is as supportive and attentive as the team at The Palm Event Center.

A special shout-out to Carly, who was exceptional every step of the way. She's incredibly sweet and can be trusted to uphold any task/requests asked of her. There are many times that she went above and beyond, so our team, along with the bride and groom, are very appreciative of the work she accomplished. Carly was attentive and proactive during her time on-site as well as the days leading up to the event. When she left later in the evening (after most of the wedding program was complete), she introduced the coordination team to her night staff, who continued to provide the level of unwavering excellent support. I truly appreciate working with a team that is passionate about their work, and it's clear that the staff at The Palm Event Center is well-supported and cares about their role. They were always ready to jump in and assist with any request from the couple.

The in-house catering was fantastic and such a hit with the guests, especially their large portions for dinner — compliments to the chef! The staff treated the vendors with the same level of care as the wedding guests, ensuring everything ran smoothly. They were on top of every detail and handled the challenges of the day with ease. The bride and groom had an unforgettable experience. I can confidently say that Carly and her team at The Palms are worth every penny. They’ve truly mastered the art of making a wedding as perfect as can be.

we celebrated our college reunion on Dec 4, 2023 with colleagues from all over the US. Our event was a success!! EVERYONE was awed. A classmate from NY shared she felt important. The servers came in unison, elegant and courteous. Ambience- 5/5, service, 5/5, food- 5/5, location- 5/5, privacy amd safety-5/5.
Our coordinators Julia (especially) and Jennifer were very attentive, helpful, and so easy to work with. The best! Would definitely recommend!
