GET EVERYTHING THEY SAY IN WRITING!!!
Update: the owner paid for the plates and he finally apologized for the vases. He apologized for the wrong food too. Nothing we could do now but at least he accepted fault and apologized.

The owners are nice until the week of your event. The owner Juan says many things that he will do and the day before the wedding he was arguing with me and calling me a liar. During my event he was arguing in front of everyone and wouldn't let us speak. It was very rude and unprofessional. The owner's wife, Mappy, makes the cakes and runs the kitchen during the event. Mappy texted me 3 days before the wedding and asked to change the details of my cake. When I asked her why she is barely telling me she cannot design what I asked her to in January, she proceeded to blame me. She said I had changed the design of the cake on her. I sent her a screenshot of our January conversation with the cake design that has stayed EXACTLY the same. She didn't even apologize just said okay that she will fix it. I ordered a fondant covered cake, which is in our contract, and she gave me a buttercream covered cake. My fiancé ordered marble and we got white. My fiancé also ordered Chicken tacos and we received Al Pastor. My wedding colors were green and silver, so I had asked if we could use silver charger plates instead of their gold, and the owner explained to me that they do not have them but if I bought them, he could take it off the amount of our contract. The week of the wedding when I presented him with the receipt of my purchase, he said he never said that and proceeded to call me a liar. He also said, he did not have 13 of the same centerpieces because he broke them, but since he had 10 glass and 3 gold, he was going to order 3 extra glass to fit my wedding since it had no gold. The day before the wedding I saw the 3 gold centerpieces displayed and I reminded him of our conversation. He claimed he never said that and that he would never do that for anyone and proceeded to call me a liar again. The contract states we will have 4 waitresses, we had 2. With 150 guests, it took them longer than an hour to serve dinner. No one had drinks brought to their table, my guests were constantly having to go to the bar to grab drinks (we had no alcohol). At the end of the day, most of my guests left early and I still had the place till midnight. At $300/hour, I wanted to stay through midnight because a contract is a contract. The waitresses left at 10p.m (the owner's daughter took half my cake and when I confronted Mappy she denied it even though I saw it!!), the owners started to pull the decorations, and the bouncer kept leaning at the wall with his arms crossed and dawging us. The owner had said it was $300/hour because he had to pay the DJ and the 4 waitresses. I had no waitresses for the last 2 hours. At the end of the day, the owners didn't even bother to say bye or thank you. They were very upset that I, along with my husband and parents, stayed till midnight and danced (which we paid for!!).
Their vendors: The owners will not tell you who their vendors are and say they will 3 months before the wedding. I kept asking for the photographer to call me since I had questions about my event and package. They kept telling me they will provide the information when they got to the office. When I met them at the office, they kept saying they would have him contact me. I didn't get to meet my photographer until August 18th. My wedding was in September. I had to fire that photographer. He was very rude, expensive, and his photographs were bad! My cellphone could take better pictures than that. It was stressful to find a photographer last minute, and most charge an "emergency" fee. BE CAREFUL when getting a package at Palladium Reception Hall. DO NOT TRUST THE OWNER'S WORDS.
