Well since I can't get a refund after 2 months of trying here it is I couldn't get a booking at the other hotel in town because it was booked up. I see why. I have pictures of this nasty place and then they changed me a pet deposit 15.00 a day and 300.00 for the week. O yes I had to provide my own trash can. Nastiest place I have ever seen. I made the booking on Hotels in America. But it's ok I have pictures. And the owner of the company will come on here and say I sorry you had a bad experience and do nothing for you. Please don't because you are the problem.

Would give zero stars if I could. When me and my family first got here to get away from hurricane Milton I was glad to be sleeping somewhere “nice” but that was anything but the case. Some of the pillars on the outside of the building looked like they were about to collapse. There was mold just about everywhere in the bathroom, multiple spots where paint was peeling, disgusting sheets, a bathroom door that doesn’t properly close or lock, and not to mention there were multiple ROACH sightings in the room, the smell of the room was nasty and the mold from the bathroom gave me a horrible migraine, the air conditioner was very loud and obnoxious. Never coming back here ever again absolutely disgusted with the condition of the hotel. It would be better if the building was condemned and demolished.

Absolutely disgusting, sorry but not sorry, I would not recommend this place to anyone, we had to book this “hotel” because there was no other choices around because of the hurricane. ? my father booked here and when we arrived they said that there was no rooms available, but finally after like 10 minutes they gave us a room. the owner won’t pay a dollar to fix anything here, they just solve everything with tape and everything was dirty, floors, bathroom, bedsheets agh nooo and then I woke up at 5am and saw a huge rat!!!!!! In the bathroom, and we left immediately, this hotel shouldn’t even be open to anyone.
Oh!! We had to buy cleaning supplies to clean this nasty room and bought plastic mattress covers so we can sleep on those nasty beds with bloods and smelling like dirty feet

We stayed for one night and it was absolutely terrible. I never write reviews but something needs to change with this hotel. I understand you get what you paid for but this is beyond that. I feel like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks, especially the bathroom. There were a lot of issues with this room, but not being clean takes the cake.

The owner was incredibly professional, kind, and very respectful in helping me book a room.... It is a very quiet place with a relaxing pool that will blow your mind. Everyone here is super friendly and the staff is amazing... I would recommend staying here to anyone looking foor a cheaper but real nice and quiet place to stay fir the night or week...
They are currently fixing to start rennovations and will be slowly fixing everything like new agian.... Thanks and have a blessed day.

Incredibly horrible. The smell was a mixture of urine and smoke. We reserved a king and they gave us a queen maybe smaller. The bed cover was stained and full of burnt holes probably from.a cigarette. We couldn't stay here went and slept on the floor at our house. I usually don't leave bad reviews but this was beyond bad. I understand why the hotel outside of town charges triple. We also asked for non smoking this was filled with smoke. And the desk clerk needed help
