This place is a dump. I wouldn't even give it one star but had to to allow this to post, shades wouldn't cover the window, there was no deadbolt or lock to lock the door, the bathroom needs to be remodeled it's a hot mess, automated car wash nextdoor speaks out loud so much it wakes you up, they had a telephone in the room connected to nothing, look like someone put a cigar out on the ceiling, the chair to sit on in the room was nastily stained, and the list goes on. Paid seventy eight dollars for this slop. Wish I could add my photos.

Called and was told a price that was supposed to be cheaper than walk in but I tested that by acting like I didn’t have a reservation and got it $30 cheaper. There wasn’t a dead bolt of any kind on the door and room service started opening the door without knocking three different times starting at 8:00am. Definitely not recommended!

This place is absolutely disgusting! They have a bunch of bunnies they let run all over the kitchen and breakfast area. They now have left all their bunnies by the road in the heat all day and they got out and 4 got hit by cars. I have pictures of all their dead bunnies. Cops and humane society have been called for years on this place and no one will help these poor animals. People have tried educating them and helping, but they won’t take help. They have also stolen money from a friend who booked a room there during the hurricane in 2023. When she went in to check into her room, they wouldn’t let her because of no power and refused to give her money back! DO NOT SUPPORT these disgusting humans.

The staff was exceptional. I was late to breakfast, since we are from CST and the clock in the room was unplugged, so I was an hour behind on my watch. They got out many of the breakfast items they had already put away to accommodate me. They stated they treat their guests like family and I had felt that way.
The rooms were recently renovated and beds were comfortable, but the bathroom needed repairs to the ceiling. For the price, it was a good stay.

WORST PLACE EVER. my husband received a spider bite. I left one review already and then emailed the response that was left to be told NO ONE can help and will not refund me. I’ve been hung up on several times. This is unacceptable.

Update. On hold with the corporate office because nothing will be done by the slick mouth owner. And corporate will not do nothing.

I couldn’t reply to the comment but it says something about a fair refund. That is a lie. One of the people I talked to told me I couldn’t get a refund because I used my reservation and that’s the policy. This is a terrible business

Booked through credit card travel portal when there was shown availability, when arrived no one was there to check in or talk to. Called twice and calls were disconnected, and tried to cancel immediately after booking and no refunds allowed under any circumstances. Stay away.

Online the hotel and rooms look fantastic. In person, the lobby is disgusting and filthy, the rooms have sheets with mysterious black or yellow stains, lamp shades have yellow rings, mirrors haven’t seen a cleaning rag since 2000, bathroom floor floods due to the shower head pressure shooting all the water over the shower. The front door to the room is not secure. You can see where they have been broken into in the past. When asked for additional towels, the lobby receptionist told me it would be $5 for two towels. Once told I’m not paying for additional towels they went down to the laundry room and gave me towels. When trying to check out, the manger was sitting at the pool watching me ring the doorbell for 5+ minutes. I called the number in the front door and whoever was on the other line answered and hung up three times. I took a video of the room after leaving due to these seeming like the people to try and hit you with an incident fee meanwhile that’s just how their room looks. Should you be planning a vacation, spend the extra 10 a night and stay at the quality inn down the road. I haven’t stayed there but I doubt they can be any worse.

If I could give this place NEGATIVE stars I would. Have never seen a place so rude and unwilling to work with you. I booked this place last minute due to a death in my family and ok the way tires blew out. Only an hour between booking and calling to explain the situation and my room was cancelled with no refund. Also asked if I could still have my room that I PAID for as I was getting the tires fixed and was told I’d have to pay for the room once again. Do not waste your money here. These people lack basic human compassion and customer sweetie skills. FYI I don’t leave reviews ever but was very upset about this.
