Needed a place to stay on our drive home from vacation in Florida. Booked online and settled into our first “non-smoking” room. The stench of mold and weed made my eyes water and my throat sore. The property was super sketchy with old furniture and microwaves just left outside of the property. Changed rooms but it was only marginally better. Still stank and absolutely filthy (see attached photos). We contemplated leaving but we were really tired and needed to rest. ||The reviews on Booking.com are a scam and reference amenities that don’t even exist. This place should not even be allowed to operate as a hotel. The health department should shut it down.

If you're looking for a good night's sleep, skip this place. The bed was rock hard, pillows were akin to two feathers in a bag. There were cigarette burns on everything. The lamps were falling apart and one flickered. The tub faucet leaked so bad it was a stream on water. The toilet was loose and there were holes up to the size of a book in the walls and ceiling. Check in was horribly disorganized, one of the guys watched us bring our bags into the room the entire time which was real unsettling. The AC reset itself in the middle of the night so we weren't even comfortable temperature wise. There was a bright light right outside our window that the curtain did nothing to hide and periodic loud bangs from outside the room kept us up half the night.

We booked this hotel based on good ratings and online photos. The price was similar to other 2-3 star hotels, but it is actually closer to 1 star. We have heard that the area around the hotel had been damaged by recent hurricanes, but that doesn’t explain the condition of the room, which had rusty fixtures, peeling tiles, a rocky toilet, worn and greying towels, truck noise from 6 AM and poor reception service. The only things we would rate good were the TV and the bed. Even the nearby restaurants were lower quality than what we have found at other stops along I-75.

Positive: Nothing Negative: The hotel is a extremely FILTY and unlivable!! I cannot believe that they think that people would even step a foot and want to be in such filth!!! Mold, roaches, odor, tub disgusting, beds are disgusting, the rag and towel looks disgusting!

They were super nice and gave me more than I expected, because I had small children they gave an air mattress in the room so they didn't fall off the bed and get hurt. Would definitely stay here again

First off, I was just getting away for a night. Yet, I was being judged. I was charged $114 for 1 night. Online says $51 for two queen size beds 🛌 🛌 and I have a double size for $114. I really don't think it was a fair deal. Plus, I was assumed to be a part of the FEMA family who has nowhere to live. Die to the storm Helene. I'm from Tampa, just stopped by to get some sleep before heading home to Tampa fl. Don't be quick to judge people who visit their business, customers aren't always in a disaster moment.
