You get what you pay for. It was a quick over night stay. We were in a road trip arriving real late. So we wanted an inexpensive hotel. Standard 2 bed room. Unfortunately our comforters had cigarette holes in them. Our room did not have any soap. The shower hardware was loose. If we had arrived earlier we might have asked for the missing items.

I have been frequenting OYO for a while. Usually arriving late for a few hours sleep and hot shower.
The rooms were clean. Staff were always great. For the money's worth I am not expecting coffee machine in the room, but they have Microwave and Fridge. Hands down the best internet I have ever experienced in any hotel, even better than expensive hotels (usually hotels and motels have less than 8mbps download speed). This OYO has 40mbps download speed. One of my main reasons I frequent this place, because I usually work on the go and rely on good internet. Overall great experience.

Absolutely terrible experience, I’m writing this as I’m sitting outside of my room because the door handle doesn’t work. When I swipe my key card the light turns green but the door doesn’t unlock. Management and front desk people are no where to be found. I’ve called the OYO hotline and none of them can do anything. This is the worst place I’ve ever been to and I will definitely not be staying here another night. The room was already disgusting when I arrived, looks like the floor hasn’t been vacuumed in weeks, stains on all of the linen. The price is great but like they say you get what you pay for. 0/5 stars for me

This place is horrible. Wished I would of read the reviews before booking. The lady at the front desk is rude. Charged me an extra $40 to get a non smoking room when I had paid for a non smoking room the night before and it was $10 cheaper. Charged me the $100 deposit this time since I told her it felt like a scam. Only to begin reading reviews that not 1 single person has gotten a refund. The rooms are in poor condition. Definitely not worth the money. They also don't let people inside the lobby for some reason. Nothing but red flags in this motel

DON'T STAY here!! Paid for room online for there and woman said we had to give them another $100 for a cleaning deposit. I called Priceline about it because it was not listed for deposit. I then took pictures of the sign and the woman. She refused to let us in lobby, had to speak to her through a small hole in the glass. I told her I would be taking pictures of the room before and after. She then said we could have a refund. I asked for receipt of some kind, she had no name tag on. She was very rude. Even though the glass I could smell how bad the lobby was. We slept in our truck instead.

STAY AWAY.
No exaggeration, the worst place I've ever stayed in my entire life. I stay at motels often, and this is the worst. First, it took me 15 minutes of calling, ringing the bell, and banging on the dang windows to be able to check in. The room was incredibly dirty. Debris all over the floor, unpatched holes in the wall, dirty blankets, what looked like stubble in the sink, and dust covering high-up surfaces. The AC unit smelled like it was burning, and the mattress was sagging like it was first put in during the 70s. I was so thankful to have brought my own sheets and pillows. The sink and shower fixtures were breaking out from the wall and needed repair, and their was dirt in the tub as well.

Positive: The a/c worked. Negative: Blood on the mattress holes in the wall graffiti in the bathroom hair and dirt all over the walls and in the shower. I?m a truck driver and I have showered in truck stops 100 times cleaner. I shower with my socks on. Had to get sheets from Ross

This place I'm sorry to say was extremely bad! Rooms very dirty but bed was clean. No coffee pot, no chair to sit in and dresser was broken, extremely old! It would have taken about $300 to make this room look good to have people come back. I would have put newer TV on wall, thrown out dresser put smaller, newer type in. Change light fixtures and CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN. The man working at morel was so very nice! Ashame someone won't put some elbow grease to the place because people are nice!
