I've never had anything but a pleasant stay at Edgebrook Motel and I've been staying there for many years. They have a microwave and fridge in every room, memory foam beds and pillows and all rooms are nicely heated/air conditioned and plenty of hot water to shower with every day. They have always been very hospitable and fix anything or situation promptly. So I'll give them 5 stars all around

We love it here! This place has become a second home. The customer service and staff is so very friendly. The rooms are clean , spacious and accommodating (while also remaining affordable). Highly recommend for your next stay in Chicago! 10/10

They do try their best to keep the rooms clean, the gentlemen that check you are very nice very cordial, honestly you really aren't going to have any problems, but at the end of the day it's all based on the type of person that you are. I'm all for clean room, warm water, this that and the third, but at the same time you have to take into account, someone is cleaning up these rooms prior to whomever is in there, that's time and money, so again if you do plan to stay there as a guest be mindful of that

I didn't realize I were at oyo hotel 🛍️, when I first arrived I thought it were an edgebrook motel until I were able to read the listing name in Google. It were nice staying here 😊, My dad bought the room for two nights and it were nice but also different to see from other motels I've seen. There's water 🌊 and coffee in the lobby.

This place it's awesome, the vibe itself it's so nice , I've been through planty motels and this one is so far the best one the employees are really friendly honestly and fair I literally was really in need one day and I did not enough money it wasn't a lot but still... And the manager he said don't worry about it , and he got me a room. The prices are more then awesome for this type of motel cause $75 I think it's fair plus room are getting remodeled one by one .

Room was disgusting. Lamp shade missing and or completely broken. Hair balls everywhere, cords everywhere, bath tub painted/chipping. Curtains don’t even cover the windows that lead to outside. Don’t come here, save your money buy something better. Never seen something so disgusting and no refunds either.

Last week it was -11 below outside and my room had NO HEAT!!! I TOLD THE FRONT DESK 3+ TIMES THEY DIDNT CARE. THEY SAID SOMEONE WAS COMING AT SOME POINT AND RAN OUT OF SPACE HEATERS. I HAD NO WATER! AND THE MICROWAVE WAS BUSTED. I ASKED FOR MY ROOM TO BE CHANNGED AND FINALLY THE NEXT DAY MY ROOM WAS CHANGED, AND I GOT NO DEAL WHATSOEVER , NO COMPENSATION FOR MY TERRIBLE NIGHT FREEZING MY ASS OFF, THE NEW ROOM NO HEAT EITHER THEY GAVE ME A SPACE HEATER THAT DIDNT WORK 😣😢🤦🏼‍♀️😣 $175 FOR TWO TERRIBLE NIGHTS AND I SPENT ALL I HAD ON THE ROOMS AND HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO STAY. WHAT A TERRIBLE WEEKEND.
