This motel needs to be inspected to make sure it falls within the guidelines of cleanliness expected. Rooms have a pungent smell, beddings are unclean / unwashed. It is so evident everything is falling apart and the place needs a serious do over. Also note that because of poor service, terms and conditions state firmly no refunds knowing full well this is unacceptable. Please read all reviews seriously before proceeding

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! I would give it a Zero if it would allow it. Rooms were disgusting and there was a used toothbrush under the bed. We asked for a handicap room and there weren't any even though they assured my dad there were when making the reservations. My husband uses a motorized wheelchair and there was no was to get his chair into the room. I'm fact there was no way for him to get on the sidewalk because it was a step all around it. We had to reverse into the spot to even unload his chair onto the sidewalk and the front desk person then said we weren't allowed to do that and my dad said we have to to get his chair on the sidewalk and he was like oh. We had to go buy a board to drive it up in the room for to the large step up into the room. There were no handicap rails in the bathroom and the toilet was so low there was no way he could use it. The bathroom door was half the size of a regular door so even if it works have had rails he couldn't have gotten his chair in the bathroom. It had an extremely strong scent of floor cleaner however looked as if none had actually been used because the floors were filthy. My parents room the door lock had been broken and there was no way to keep the door shut other than to put furniture interior off the door. It was a very sketchy area and seemed incredibly unsafe. My dad had made the reservations because he was having surgery the next day and it was close to the hospital. The front desk person told us that we had 2 rooms booked for the night before but only one booked that night which was wrong because my dad had printed the paperwork off and had it with us to prove it. I took lots of pictures and shared with family and friends.

Believe all the bad reviews for this place. I walked into a room that I booked for a couple of nights, looked around and walked out. It is gross. Dirty is an understatement. I don't know if those sheets have been washed between guests, all I know was that I would not even sit on top of it if someone paid me $1000. The floor is crunchy because it wasn't swept. There's already trash in the bin. I don't even want to talk about the bathroom. I hope I will get a refund for the 2 nights that I booked but Even if I don't, I saved myself from pure torture.

Made a mistake of booking a room here. Had to leave due to the top lock on door breaking within first 5 minutes of arrival. Bottom lock also did not work. Room was not secure and staff did not care. Gentleman was very rude became combative. Much Better Other options in the area. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Homeless people are hanging in the parking lot. And it looked like people live here long term.

This place needs to be knocked down.

My unfortunate experience in this place has been nothing but, tragic! You will have police officers knocking or banging on your door looking for who knows who!
People constantly drinking, fighting.. arguing. Bogus! prices, not worth the stay. Dirty overall .. One can write a book of the craziness.

Positive: Absolutely nothing. Negative: Yes , everything. I?ve never in my life experienced such filth. What type of hotel, Motel don?t at least make sure the bathroom is at least in good standing. The toilet was nastier than a restaurant toilet. I saw the biggest roach. The bed was lumpy.

Was not handicap accessible. Door did not shut all the way. Shower floor needed repaired. Flooring was not clean. Room did not look like the pictures that was showen. Will not recommend to eny of my friends or family.

Degusting. Unpleasant staff. Odorous lobby and room. Filthy linen. Unclean bathroom with mildew on shower curtains and mold on walls. Multiple stains on the ceiling. The doors, windows, and air conditioner were all duct taped to keep air in our out. The curtains were too nasty to touch ungloved. Spiders, water-bugs, bettles, roaches. Caution DO NOT PREPAY. DO NOT STAY HERE: Travels only have 15 minutes from the time of getting key card, confirmation of payment, and signing document to report issues. Then guests must aggressively argue for a refund. They have a sign posted "ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON."
