I was excited to try Outlaw Donuts based on the excellent reviews, but sadly had a very disappointing experience. The atmosphere and service were great! The donuts visually looked amazing... like WOW did they look awesome. I ordered a small coffee and the smallest sized basic frosted cake donut. My bill was just short of $7.00. At first I thought there was a mistake... a small black coffee and small donut...$7.00 OMG. Inflation, right? I expected the donut to be fabulous, nope... instead the donut was old and dry. It was so dry that it crumbled and the crushed cracker texture made me cough. Dunking the donut in my coffee like a scone helped, but the over all experience wasn't pleasant.

Wow this was a hidden gem. We like to try donut shops on our travels and this was one of the best. All the donuts looked delicious. It was hard to choose but I don’t think you could go wrong. I wish I lived closer so I could try more flavors. I had the maple bacon and it was perfect. The bacon was so crispy and flavorful. They also have good coffee, which is hard to find in a donut shop and to top it off the staff was super friendly.

I’ve stopped at the Outlaw Donuts food truck multiple times and can’t stay away!! Everything I’ve had is delicious. I return to work raving about my lunch and recommend all my colleagues go try it. Linda is so kind and a pleasure to chat with as I’m waiting for my meal. No matter what kind of donut I get, I know I’ll love it! One of my favorites is the Bavarian cream. I really appreciate that they are generous with the filling. Each bite has a perfect ratio of donut/cream. Unfortunately I haven’t snapped a pic of my donuts before I devour them but here are some of the lunches I’ve had

Super impressed by this place! Despite getting there close to closing time, the donuts I had were delicious. Staff was very friendly and welcoming as well! I got a maple bacon, lemon filled, and plain glazed donut. The maple bacon was fantastic. The classic glazed donut was my favorite - fluffy, stretchy, beautiful dough and a delicious melt-in-your-mouth bite. It was probably the best glazed donut I’ve ever had. I look forward to visiting earlier in the day next time to try their coffee and freshly made donuts.

Wasn't expecting to get suuuch!!! A great breakfast burrito by far the best I have had in a while. Also my daughter had a pink frosting sprinkle donut she loved and said the dough tasted way better. Size wise for the burrito and dount was huge. Burrito could feed 2 ppl. Will definitely come back again

Our go-to donut place in town! The donuts are perfectly fluffy. Favorites are the Boston Creme, berry filled, blueberry cake, and of course the regular glazed.

Amazingly delicious afternoon treat that we found on our first visit to Prescott. Would go back without a doubt. Had a yeast donut and apple fritter. Btw the fritter is huge and lots of apple too! Service was great as we were there close to closing. I don’t remember the man’s name but he took time to explain all of the products that were still in the store. See the photos!

Yum! We're originally from the valley and did a day drive up to Prescott today. Found this donut shop and stopped in about 1:30pm and since they close at 3pm, they had limited donuts left, but that was to be expected. The owner was SO kind and kept us laughing the whole time with clever little jokes. Very fun little donut shop with fun decorations. They even have a cute signature donut that they write "outlaw" on. Definitely recommend and we will absolutely be back 🙂

Oh! Also wanted to point out that they don't skimp out on their fillings either! Every bite has a mouthful of filling and it's not overly sweet, so yummy!
