Words can't describe!!! My wife and I had the most beautiful wedding at The Orpheum and we cannot thank this group enough for making our day so magical! We had looked at several vendors across Illinois and this was by far not only the best location, the perfect size, but also most affordable! Not to be too dramatic but Oh My God they were fantastic!!!! Amanda, our primary coordinator was so helpful with every detail leading up to the wedding. She really helped us nail down those details I wouldn't have even thought about! Chris and the crew worked so hard on ensuring everything was set up properly and Lauren was a fantastic day-of coordinator.

The Orpheum was PERFECT for our wedding reception! It is a gorgeous building, inside and out, with many unique areas for guests to mingle and stunning photo ops. There’s ample space for 200+ guests. We used the stage as the dance floor and catering prep (separated by pipe & drape). Doug lit the stage, theater and lobby beautifully. Amanda, the venue manager, made the logistics easy to navigate and was great in working with all of our people. We also found the owner, Chris, to be very responsive and easy to work with. We really appreciated the flexibility to add personal touches to the space. The many updates that have been made to the theater (notably the level floor connected to the stage) make it an excellent, accessible space for a big event!

I came in for their Candlelight event for an Adele tribute. I thought it looked awesome, and the musicians were otherworldly. The one thing that took away from the experience was the auditory distractions. Candlelight events are meant to be immersive, but I kept getting drawn out due to some rather loud rattling from either a vent, exhaust, or something. Other visitors noticed too. I hoped that gets sorted soon.

Wow. What a truly BEAUTIFUL space to have our wedding in! My new husband Patrick and I would like to personally thank the coordination staff: Amanda, Lauren, Sara and everyone behind-the-scenes who helped make our day amazing. This venue is historic, opulent, and covered in unique, authentic details. Our guests could not stop raving about the beauty and charm of this early 1900s gem. The courtyard has a privacy fence so you can have your ceremony or cocktail hour there with no worries about the downtown location. And the getting ready room? SO beautiful and full of natural light and vintage furniture. We took our family formals there to avoid the heat and it was even better than going to a park. We highly recommend the Orpheum!

I was here as a vendor for the Diet Dark History and Horror Convention September 2023. The theatre is just beautiful and amazing with all of its structural history. I am sure at one point years ago, this place was exquisite and beautiful. The Orpheum Theatre is an ideal place for just about any event and I loved that the convention was held here.
