Ordered the spicy Korean steak bowl with brown rice and roasted veggies (I asked for no mushroom no cauliflower) overall not spicy for me, very balanced heat to savory flavor! Will definitely be a new regular for me!

I love this place - it’s my go-to restaurant for lunch or dinner. You can customize anything very easily. The app is user friendly, and I’ve only had great service. I often come and setup my laptop and work for a few hours.

The food is really good, but the service has declined significantly in the past few months. They have installed two self-order kiosks, so there is no interaction with the staff if you have questions about the menu. One evening there was a sign that said they were short staffed, we understood that, but while we prefer not to use the kiosk we watched as a staff member was prepping cookies at 7pm at night instead of helping customers. So we left. The next weekend we stopped by to give it another try, and ended up waiting 27 minutes for our take home after we had ordered. We had a customer that ordered after us, he left and went shopping , came back in and couldn’t believe we were still waiting . He then got his order before us. Although they were well staffed this night, only one person was packing the orders and the orders backed up on the kitchen countertop. This staff member had no desire to hustle, nor did any other staff member step in to help disperse the orders. I love the food but can’t handle slow, poor, and the “self-serve” service. It’s unfortunate.

I appreciate the fast response. I understand when you’re busy your employees can’t acknowledge a customer to say hello I’ll be with you in one minute. There was a total of 5 people sitting. I was the only person standing there. So I decided after I walked out to see how long the next customer had to wait before they were serve or greeted. Ten seconds before she acknowledged the couple. I went even further I asked a couple of customers about their service and they work in the area more than half said they are always rude. I don’t have personal reason to not tell the truth about my experience. If you get good ratings my experience should have been a good one and I would have had lunch and not walked out empty handed.

Ordered take out for 10 people, my son’s birthday party. Everything was made correctly. They also offer to label each meal with a name, so nobody is confused which is theirs, and meals are quickly handed out. Highly recommend for a party! Tasty and fresh as well. Even my junk food loving children gave thumbs up to their meals. ? Worth it.

8/6/22- Ordered this from GrubHub, food was hot. But unfortunately it was wrong. If you offer options to exclude items please train your staff to read the instructions. Unfortunately you added items that weren't supposed to be on there and I am allergic so the whole $16 bowl went to waste and you lost your money. Also ordered 2 of the exact same bowls and one had significantly more food than the other, see picture below. Both are spicy Korean steak bowls just opened, not touched at all.
I'm fine with paying $16 for a bowl, plus fees and tip comes out to over $50 for 2 bowls. But this was just laughable and makes ChopShop look bad, cheap and lazy. Quality control needs to be better. This was definitely the mistake of the restaurant not the delivery platform. I've ordered at least once a week from GrubHub for the past 3 years and I've honestly got to say that 90% of the mistakes are on the restaurants. These delivery platforms get a bad rap but the restaurants just don't pay attention or they don't care.
