They did not treat me well; they offer things and do it anyways even though you said no without you being aware of it and charge at the end the big amount. Very disrespectful…

My daughter and I usually go to Bella on 16th but were excited to give this place a try. . . First of all, it is beautiful and very clean inside. They do use sanitary practices and quality products so we were optimistic. They should not rush their services for the prices they charge. $24 for their basic pedicure and $33 for a gel manicure is what I paid for my daughter and I, each. You do the math. The price didn't bother me, it was the level of service provided. The lady doing my toes was very rough, I could not relax. She cut my big toe, and the lady doing my mani cut one of my cuticles and drew blood. A BIG no no for me. I did not even realize how bad my toes were until I took this picture! Maybe they were having an off day but when a technician cuts me, I won't give them a second chance. Super disappointed but will gladly stick with Bella Nails.

The best salon by far. Great service, quality work and wonderful people. Tina did my nails today. She always shares new and exciting nail art. Today we did a sugar effect with the SNS dip. Love.

I made two appointments, and both times they made me wait despite having a scheduled appointment. The last time was the final straw - we had an appointment for 5:30, and even though I arrived on time, they still made me wait for half an hour. I won't be returning.

I had a horrible experience. I had to tell the technician multiple times to stop rushing because she had rolled over my skin and filed my nails down so much to the point where they hurt. instead of listening to my feedback, she yelled back at me. She also waved me off when I first got there after I asked her a simple question about soaking my nails. Very rude overall I do not recommend this place.

My tech is tookher time which I like. Some places try to hurry to get the next person so I was really happy how my ombré turned out. What I didn’t like was leaving with a couple of cuts on my fingers. I didn’t feel she was too rough but I got cuts anyways.

This place is HORRIBLE. I always try to give places a few chances and they let me down every time. I got a mani pedi a few days ago and the service was terrible. The lady cut my cuticle and it was gushing blood. I didn’t want to get my nails painted, just a manicure with buffing and she charged me an additional $6 for buffing when I didn’t even get color. To make matters worse, the lady who checked me out did not know what she was doing with the system. I paid with card and let. I checked my bank statement today and SHE CHARGED ME TWICE. You don’t accidentally double charge using cards because you have to approve each charge. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. DO NOT COME HERE. THEY ARE TERRIBLE.
