I came here 2 years ago with my friend and they did a good job. I came back again yesterday and the staff are very nice but did not fulfill what I asked for. I asked for an acrylic and she did no chip. She ALSO did not match the picture I asked for. If you cannot draw what you see, simply tell us. She didn’t do a terrible job with the solid colored nails, but the design DOES NOT match the original photo.

I typically get a mani and pedi. Pedicure is usually good until they use the cuticle scissors or whatever it's called. Sometimes they pull on the skin. I find that a couple of the females need more training but others are skilled and will make your toenails sparkle.

The man that owns it is really good so if he does your nails I think you will be pleasantly pleased. He's the only man that's there so easy to request him. He sculpted a toenail for me when half of my toenail broke off. The lady doing my pedicure called him over because she was trying to work around my broken toenail. He came over, looked at it , and used acrylic to create a nail. Girl!
I was soo happy. No more socks with sandals that summer!!! 😄

Don't expect extreme designs because they are limited with what they can do. It's not that type of place. I recommend the cats eye for a manicure. Overall the place is clean and the staff friendly. I recommend this place for someone who just wants a mani and pedi with minimal design.

It won’t be long before this shop closes down. I stopped on a wim, was on a time crunch and wanted a mani/pedi for my birthday. Absolutely worst mani/pedi I’ve ever received. The lady only said hi to me the entire time, didn’t ask how I wanted my nails done. Did not massage my feet or hands, bare minimum and nails were done poorly. My cuticles were not cleaned properly and honestly my mani looked like I did it at home myself. Also the color I chose for my nails she could not open so she went over to try to match it with a different one, came back with a completely different color. Didn’t even ask if it was ok or if I liked it, just started painting. Also place is unsanitary. They do not sterilize their instruments between people and when I went to the table for my mani she didn’t even change the towel from the previous person. You could see the debris on the towel and she just kept flipping the towel to the most clean area. It was gross! Just overall so many things wrong here!

I should have listened to the reviews, but thought I would give it a shot. My nails were cut and then filed completely uneven, cuticle oil on one hand but not the other- not much point in a manicure. Another employee was speaking very loudly on her phone, not sure if she was upset or an animated talker. Another client came in and was speaking to the lady doing her nails, and the lady straight up ignored her; just didn’t answer her. She was explaining the design she wanted and asked how much it would cost, and the employee just didn’t respond. At that point, it was enough for me to politely excuse myself. I do not recommend this salon.

I've been using Taylor as my nail tech for over three years and she is the absolute best. I'm extremely picky about my technicians and she always does a perfect job on my dip powder manicures. I highly recommend this salon or their newest salon in New Lenox! You will not be disappointed.

I want to love this place but some of the people working here are not good. For one of my pedicures the girl was as talking on the phone the whole time. RUDE. Last pedicure was just weird. It looks like she put another color on my toe and it was not spread evenly. Just weird. I did notice t notice while I was there. The owner is very sweet. She needs the take a hard look at some of her employees

DONT GO HERE!!!! this shop is trash. I came in for a nail repair they had one person start me and since he was inadequate I was moved to another tech to finish. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND 30 dollars for a polish change is unbelievable. The price for sub par work is appalling.

I have come here 2 times now and the 2nd time was my last. I just got off work and walked in and they told me a short wait well 2 people walked in after me (they did not have appointments) and they were brought back to chairs 1st then the main girl asked me to sit at the guys chair (the one by the entrance) so I did already annoyed i waited another 15 then he comes and rushes through my nails I asked for a design and pulled out butterfly stickers ( 9 dollars for nail stickers! I wanted an actual design) and he tells me he cannot do that then after he tells me to wash my hands and thats when I realized o e nail wasn't filled in all the way, 2 nails are wide and wonky looking i said DO NOT trim my nails and he did with the machine sander. I cannot and will not go back unless I go to the main girl she seems decent but the main guy is not. If you go just avoid his chair.. my nails were just done yesterday so there should be no gap.
