Last week, we had a family Christmas at the Omni. All nine of us had a wonderful time. We were contacted prior to our visit about what rooms would probably best suit us, and the rooms we were assigned were excellent. The housekeepers did an excellent job during our four-night stay.||Every bite of food on-site was delicious and the servers always went above and beyond to make our visit just right. We were served the fastest breakfast I've ever had in a hotel, it was great, especially since we had two little ones with us.||Everyone on the staff we had contact with was great. From the front desk to the pool servers to the lifeguards, all were helpful, polite, and cordial.||Our Christmas dinner on the patio at BluEmber was memorable. The food was (again) excellent and the service was fantastic.||We had a great time. I recommend the Omni Las Palmas when you're looking for family fun, a beautiful resort setting, and excellent service.

The heated pools, lazy river and all around service was excellent! Kids have activities to choose from. The pool service was amazing. The grounds of the hotel were gorgeous. Snacks in the main lobby were awesome for all ages. The check in was smooth and they even spoiled the kids with a bag and treats. Gift certificates for drinks. The rooms were spacious enough and they all have patios with views

The resort is big and kid friendly. The king bed is super comfortable too. But there are several things that could be improved:||||Water - despite asking for more than two bottles of water daily, we couldn’t seem to get more.||||Food - too expensive - you are better off walking across the street for cheaper eats.||||Maintenance - our door screen needed attention so after sitting on the patio we left it open so we wouldn’t break it. But each day, housekeeping shut it. We wondered why they didn’t send someone to fix it! Also, if you come to the hotel at night like we did, it is VERY difficult to see the building numbers. Better lighting would do a lot to help see at night.||||||Golf - connected…….but not connected to the property. We wanted to play a second day, but it took multiple calls, visits, etc. to book a tee time. The concierge was never at the desk when you needed it, and there were no hours posted as to when they would be there, only a sign to see the front desk/reception, who couldn’t answer any questions we had. The pro shop closes around 1 PM, so a visit there didn’t help.

Spent two nights with my wife and two kids who are 9 and 7. Tried this resort for the first time - I have been wanting to stay here for a while. The grounds are nice, the main lobby area and restaurant is a nice area to hang out in the morning - grab a coffee and sit by the fire pits. The pools and lazy river were the driving factor in my decision to try it out. Both were good and met my expectations. The rooms left a lot to be desired. Old bathrooms… and if your room is on a bottom floor you will hear every footstep of the people above you. Rooms are small… wouldn’t want to stay here longer than two nights. For a longer stay I would rather rent a timeshare at a neighboring resort.

Check in with easy. Staff everywhere do amazing things to provide service, help you feel comfortable question, answer questions. I was busy in a convention so barely got to use the amenities. Hot tub is great man cool has three lane minds on the bottom for lap swimming. Lazy River looks like a lot of fun. Although they provide driver cart services to take you anywhere on the property, it's small enough that once you get oriented it's easy to walk everywhere. We had a buffet breakfast on the sunrise terrace 2 mornings. I am the Blue ember restaurant all the other meals. Food was outstanding and artistically presented. My only complaint for the whole state was they didn't bring the check quickly or correctly sometimes and I had one check that had food I didn't order and a few other people had that similar problem. They always corrected it

Our stay was very comfortable. The reception process was quick and smooth. The Blu Ember restaurant and its staff was very nice. The pools are fun and clean. The resort is overall well kept. The parking was easy and safe. I would stay at this hotel again.

Highlights -- nice lounging area near lobby with fire pits and manicured landscapes. Cleaner rooms at any Courtyard. Stayed here before in the last 10 years and it has exponentially degraded.

One night stay was less than pleasant with the rocking toilet, musty room odor, and unwashed carpets. Worst of all, housekeeping disturbed me on three separate occasions as early as 8:30am even though the do not disturb signage was placed on the door handle.

Terrible experience overall considering I checked in around 11pm and was only hoping for a good night's rest in a clean room with safe location. Only checked off safe location.

Sadly, I won't return and cannot in good conscience recommend this facility.  I do hope management considers hospitality training for all it's staff, improves the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities. For transparency, I paid approximately $350 for a Thursday night. For the price, choose elsewhere.
