I love it here. Dining in is the better option. When I pick the food up, it's not the same quality as dining in. Service is always great. Staff are friendly and helpful with the menu. I go at least twice a month.

Great service, great food... if you desire a great chicken and waffle meal, you won't be disappointed here... the wings are plump, hot and juicy and you get a nice Belgium style waffle, yea... i had a wonderful create your own shrimp omelet 😋... coffee and flavored cream w/o extra charges. This is what a breakfast spot is supposed to be, you just won't go wrong here... 🙂

Bad services I order chicken skillet and there was no chicken in my skillet I call restaurant and she going ask me can I bring it back up there every hell no very unacceptable and unprofessional why should I have to bring my food back up there when my food should’ve been made the right way I will never come back and I am disputing this charge I feel like I was cheat out my money. nothing but potatoes and cheese and veggies we’re is chicken no meat including in my breakfast

I love this restaurant. The service is great, friendly staff. They play great music, creating a nice atmosphere. Food comes quickly, fresh and piping hot. My go to is the fried pork chops. However, I've had other menu items and none of them disappoint. Just a great experience whenever I go.

Olivia’s Family restaurant,
In Dolton, Illinois , eat there at your own risk. I ordered shrimp and grits at a risk because I had reviewed the place and people talked about how watery it is so this is my fault. I should’ve believe the reviews, they talked about other food there too. I called the restaurant spoke to the owner and her words were ” No one else is complaining.” I was appalled as a business owner for her to say that . all I got to say is this was my first time and my last time patronizing this restaurant. Don’t pay attention to all those five star reviews. Look at the other reviews because people get their family members to go in there and give it five stars all the time the real people that visit in order the restaurant need to pay attention to those reviews. Her attitude was not remorseful. It was oh well we’re spending our hard money on these restaurants and a lot like this one is giving us garbage. I wish I could upload the video I sent to the owner . At least that’s what she said she wa the owner

I love this place. The restaurant has a very warm welcoming family atmosphere. All of the servers are pleasant and polite. I ordered the steak skillet and it was cooked to perfection. This was my first time there but I definitely will return. I would recommend trying. 😊

This was my first time at Olivia's so prior to going I did read all of the reviews which made me a little nervous to be honest. However, these 1 star reviews couldn't be more wrong! You walk in and are greeted by one of the friendly staff members and we were taken to our table immediately which was great because I was starving lol! I looked around while being taken to my seat, I noticed how clean and orderly the establishment was. Our waitress was super friendly and attentive. She took our order and our food was out within 20-25 mins or so. My cousins had the porkchops (fried pork chops were off the chain! SO GOOD!) and I had the the eggs with hash browns and sausage. The sausage was a little burnt for my liking, but the flavor was still pretty good. We also ordered some pancakes and a side of plain crepes. All were super tasty. Also, can I mention the tunes they were playing?! Seriously, if they were able to sell liquor I would have stayed there another 2 hours! Such a great vibe! As I mentioned previously, staff was super friendly and there was no sign of any of the staff members/management being rude or racist. All in all, I would totally recommend Olivia's!
