Great local coffee shop with a nice selection of food options. Friendly service. The pancakes were a little over cooked on one side, hence the lower rating. My wife loved her quiche. My latte was delicious. Will stop by again we are in the neighborhood.

Love that it’s around the corner from McGeorge. Highly recommend the coffee and breakfast sandwiches. The carnitas sandwich is great. Update: do not get the get the lox bagel. It’s not toasted, bland, and the salmon is flavorless

Old Soul's 40 Acres location is property located right at one of the busiest intersections off Broadway, in Oak Park. The food, drinks, service, and environment are top notch. I am a regular visitor to this location, participant and organizer for the First Friday cultural celebrations that take place every month. Old Soul is a strong supporter of Sacramento's ever expanding art culture, which we truly appreciate. The location hosts a new artist every month! Art exhibitions presented by You Are Here (IG:youareheresacramento).

I really wanted to like this place because it was close to where I was working. The coffee was good but everything else was horrible.

I got iced tea which was 2 days old. When I got a BLTA the avocado was brown. Furthermore, when I asked the staff about it, they were rude.

I am writing this review after being at the coffee house on multiple occasions, and a majority of them being bad experiences. I will not be going back to this place.

Additionally, I'm only giving a two-star on the food and not a one-star because the coffee was decent.

My boyfriend and I came here for brunch, the food was okay until I realized a hair in my biscuit. It was literally baked into my biscuit I had to pull it out. Not to mention the price was crazy for biscuits and gravy. We left and will not be coming back, if the biscuit wasn’t cut in half I would have never seen this hair which is beyond me. Please do better

Great cozy vibe here! Looking for a chill spot on a rainy day and definitely found it. Servers at the counter were super welcoming and ordering was simple. Food and drink menu's are clearly displayed right behind them. Options for all- we got the carnitas breakfast sandwich and the special which was a bacon and Guyer cheese quiche. Both were delicious. Ordered them with a latte and mocha- delicious as well. Just came up on the place but will definitely go to again. Did get a full house around 9am-10am,but still not a "crowded" feel. There is even a nice little 20-25 lot parking area right behind the cafe. There is also a bookstore attached/next door. Accessible bathrooms as well.

Cool spot to hang out socially but not to work or study. Music was blasting full volume. Had to speak up to talk over it. It was good music but even through noise canceling headphones it was too loud to study or do work. Cool place but will stick to other places to study.
