Cozy set of 5ish small cottages/villas. Stayed in one.
VERY cozy and well built.

Beautiful large community on harbor with lots of fun things to do. Pool, bike and golf cart and boat rentals. Great restaurant.

Mine is one bedroom with a climb to loft. All new. Nicely appointed. Plenty of towels and pillows.

Has all essentials of a typical airbnb (extra roll of toilet paper and tissues lacking).

LOVE the record player. Nice touch.

Would fit two adults very comfortably and can squeeze in a kid or two in loft.

Two negatives,
it's a "golf cart community" and there's a bit of a walk from car. 1000ft roughly. Can be tough with bags, kids, poor weather, poor foot.
Garbage needs to be self disposed of.
