i ordered 2 quesabirria tacos, a soda, rice & beans. Spent $20 with tip! The tacos were amazing and of course there were complimentary chips and salsa. You seat yourself and i didn’t have to wait long before my order was taken. I went around 515pm on a Tuesday. Will return and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for some good mexican food 😇

Food was terrible! Had taco salad and the flour bowl was burnt and could not eat. Asked for one that was not burnt and was told they are all the same because they make them in the morning and refry as needed. Asked them if I could get a couple of flour tortilla and they were even worse!Was told it is just "hit or miss " on what you get. Will never go back! Used to be our favorite.

their food is amazing, i’ve been ordering here for 5+ years now. unfortunately my only complaint has made me eat elsewhere on multiple occasions. they almost never answer the phone. even when they are slow, they either don’t answer or worse they answer and tell you to wait and put you on hold and never pick back up. i have been on hold with this establishment for 20+ minutes at a time MULTIPLE times over the years. it’s disappointing. today was the last straw. called a few times, ringing but no answer. google says they’re open. finally an answer but told to hold. on hold for 17 minutes by the time i arrive at the restaurant. immediately left.

I loved it! I had a great experience and loved the service!! Me and my boyfriend were visiting from out of town and stopped at this cute little dinner for some drinks before the long drive home! The place was cleanly and fast

Real good food. I tried the quesobirria tacos
Some of the best I tried. Them tacos at most restaurants will come out already soggy but not at old Mexico. They come out real good. The shell is about half way fried. So not hard and not soggy. Perfect texture. Good flavor. Doesn't and didn't disappoint. I got the horchada to. Was one of the better ones I tasted as well. Nce job old Mexico team. I will recommend you to others and we will be returning again soon. Thanks again. Hats off this time around to your establishment.

We drive from Bettendorf to eat here - it just doesn’t compare to anything in the area. The price is so much better than Iowa Mexican restaurants and the servings are much more for your $.
