It's a great park. Darrin the manager is friendly and helpful. The park is very clean, well kept and spacious lots. The green grass behind the sites makes for a great gathering area. The spa and pool are both warm and clean. Can't wait too come back next year.

It's a fifty five plus resort. I bought a trailer here three years ago. I come here every winter. Enjoy the weather. The people. And the activities at the park offers. Nice pool. And two hot tubs.

We kinda stumbled across OG Park in late October. Decided to stay for a week and it turned out to be 3! This place is so nice! The people are amazing, The park, restrooms, pool and hot tub were always very clean. Lots of activities in the clubhouse. The manager, Stephanie, was great. Always around just to even say a quick hello and see if there was any concerns. Hoping to return and stay even longer. Would highly recommend this park.

We spent a month at OG RV Park recently. It is a friendly little park. It is very clean and well-kept with spacious sites. What made it especially nice though was the manager team, Stephanie and Ed. They were very welcoming and attentive and were always available to address any issues. Stephanie was very knowledgeable about the park and was very helpful with our inquiries about units available for sale. This park is definitely worth a look.

Stephanie was fabulous. She went above and beyond. She checked on us almost daily. The park was very clean and the residents were super friendly. I highly recommend and will stay here again when in Yuma.

Mgr. was NOT respected by majority of tenants and known to exonerate untruths creating a negative atmosphere in park. Heard from friend in park that she left today, if correct the next move would be for reform to come to owners 52Ten either in changes to properly managing or SELLING park to reestablish the fun atmosphere of the previous owner! Many friends left behind to discover for themselves. Good Luck!

We have been here for 3 seasons. We love it here. Lots of activities and close to everything including Mexico. The new managers have been awesome and have done so many repairs and upgrades. It looks wonderful. They are very professional and helpful. Highly recommend
