**Great massage, but a few hiccups!**
Massage Therapist Review:

I came to Oceania Massage on short notice, and I was pleasantly surprised! The location was easy to find, and booking an appointment the same day was a breeze. The prices are very reasonable too.

The massage itself was quite the interesting experience. Payment was taken first. I started with some relaxing hot towels for my feet, and massage person used a good amount of pressure throughout, incorporating forearms, acupressure, and stretching. It was refreshing.

There were a few interruptions towards the beginning and end where she had to step out, possibly for hot stones, hot towels or another client. However, they made it up to me by extending my session a bit. There is a language barrier, but simple verbal communication worked for me. There is no intake form, just a simple verbal communication.

Overall, I left feeling relaxed and would definitely return in a pinch. The setup could be improved a little with regards to towel and stone placement to minimize interruptions, but the massage itself was wonderful!

Had a great massage here! Will definitely be back! Crystal is amazing! They offer good massage with reasonable prices. The staffs were so friendly and seemed very professional. I had a severe back pain and now i feel so much better. Highly recommended!!!

Wendy was absolutely wonderful! She was very nice and professional. I highly recommend the 90 minute full body massage with the hot stones. Price is affordable and it was the best massage that I’ve ever received!

So I called in a scheduled a deep tissue 60 minute massage. I showed up and the lady said it was $80 + $2 for a credit card. I told her that is fine. She then asked for a tip up front. (I don't carry cash on me) so she offered me the credit card machine. Their options were $20-$40 tip options.
There is no way I am paying a $20-$40 tip up front before I have received a service. I put $5 on the tip initially and the lady just started laughing out loud in my face. I told her I'm not tipping high before I even receive the service. She said my tip wasn't good enough.
I told her to cancel my massage and payment, then I left.
That was the rudest thing that's ever happened to me in a place of business. Incredible that this place has high reviews when the employees act like this to customers. How embarrassing for them.

This place is absolutely amazing. I have seen two different therapists and both were amazing, great pressure and found my knots very quickly. I’ve needed last minute massages twice now, and they’ve been able to accommodate me both times. Highly recommend!

Received a great deep tissue massage from Tina last night. I even pointed out a painful spot by my knee that's been tight and been bothering me for a bit and she worked on it. It feels much better today! Wish was closer, I would come to see her more often.

Everyone was so nice and friendly. And the place is very clean and offers a relaxing environment for your massage. I travel a lot and find different places that I like to come back to and this is definitely going to be one I come back to when I'm in the area. Also, if you've never tried an Asian massage but have had other sport/deep tissue massages, I highly suggest you try it. I've received the best results from Asian massages! Give them a shot!
