The 3 stars because I like Lynn but the owner should be ashamed of himself the floor has holes the chairs are so old they are so hard and uncomfortable it hurts to sit down on them this place is a nightmare

The service was very unsatisfactory. The owner likes to ask for tip even if the customer is not satisfied. They switch people for a single service, a concept that I have not seen at any other nail place. They expect 4 tips for 3 services, which is ridiculous.

I know a lot of people have reviews that this place is clean. It isn’t clean at all. I just stepped out of this place. I noticed that the Asian lady in charge of manicure was notoriously dirty. She didn’t clean her instruments before attending to me. I asked for a clean manicure because I needed an expert who’s capable of doing it.
She messed up my nails, verbally abused me, and called my nails ‘crooked’.
As a woman of color, this is the first time I have been verbally abused because of the stellar reviews. I told her that I’m recovering from an illness that I didn’t want long gel nails.
I left the shop because it isn’t right to accept mistreatment. I paid for the service. I posted pictures with the receipt.

The place looked nice but the service was awful I got the dipped powder nails and the lady seemed to be rushing my job and didn't pay attention to the type of work she was leaving in my fingertips. She didn't even bother cleaning the color left around the nails. I had also initially said I wanted a different color on my ring finger she agreed and I even picked the color but with the rushed service it was never done. I won't be returning here. It's sad to recieve this kind of service to first time customers

Lin did not listen to what I want, rather she corrected them and insisted on alternatives. She was busy talking on phone. She cut me with the filing machine, and insisted “it’s fine,” no apology. She locked the door on me, did not let me get out until I called cop and when I called cop she opened the door before they arrive. I’ll never go again!!!

I always get amazing service from Nume! It's my one stop shop for my pedicure, fill, and waxing. My eyebrows stay ON FLEEK! I refer all my friends and family here, my step-dad gets his Pedi's here too.
