I’m so grateful for finding Nubo Spa after moving to Oakland. The receptionists are so lovely and welcoming, and they have an easy online booking system. I definitely need to rave about Shiva for a minute. Shiva has amazing people skills and is passionate about her work. She is extremely knowledgeable with such attention to detail. She makes you feel so comfortable and you can just trust that the treatments are going to be the best for you and your goals. We are all lucky to be in the same room as Shiva.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Nubo Spa! I was referred by Elaine, Nurse Practitioner, and decided to try the IV Vitamin C treatment. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming, immediately putting me at ease.

Marco, who administered my treatment, was fantastic. He started my IV quickly and painlessly, which I truly appreciated. He also took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process, including possible side effects, making me feel completely comfortable and confident in the treatment.

The session lasted about 30 minutes, and I felt incredible afterward—energized and refreshed! I can’t recommend Nubo Spa enough. Whether it’s the IV Vitamin C treatment or any of the other services they offer, you’re in excellent hands here.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the warm, welcoming smiles of the front desk ladies seriously, they made me feel like I was a regular from the get-go. They even offered me a beverage right away, which was a nice touch and set the tone for a super comfortable visit.

Today, I decided to try the Vitamin C IV treatment for the first time, and I’m so glad I did. Maroc was incredibly informative, explaining every step of the process in detail, which helped ease any nerves I had. And let me tell you, his injection skills are on point I didn’t feel a thing! The whole treatment only took about 30 minutes, and I left feeling refreshed and recharged.

I did have a bit of a wait, but that was totally my fault I arrived almost an hour early since I was coming from out of town. No worries though, I had the chance to chat with a few of the other clients, all of whom were regulars. It felt more like a friendly neighborhood hangout than a medical spa. Everyone was chatting like old friends, and Ms. Elaine encouraged me to give the IV treatment a try, which I’m so glad I did!

Overall, Nubo Med Sap is a hidden gem. Great service, great people, and a genuinely relaxing vibe. Highly recommend!
